Red Lobster, North Olmsted OH

Place was not very crowded when we got there and we got served very quickly and the food was just fine

Got the unlimited shrimp special. Hey, this is Red Lobster, so it was very good. Really enjoyed the scampi, and Walt's favorites were great, too! Plus you always get cheddar bay biscuits, which is another treat! Good food, good price, and the service was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Ordered the crab legs like I have for ages. They came out slightly grey and uncleaned. Completely lost my appetite. Kitchen manager sent a message out to me saying "We only clean the crab legs when requested. " I've eaten crab legs for well over 30yrs of my life NEVER have I received them uncleaned before.

The waitress was really very sweet. She was the only redeeming part of my experience.

Service was slow food was cold took forever to get beverages and biscuits! I do understand after covid businesses are suffering but you shouldn't settle just have a body in place for service

Delicious, good portion sizes. Like every restaurant right now the prices are up and staffing is down.

Great service! I was able to make reservations on line which eliminated any wait. Tiffany was an accommodating and friendly server.

Soup was sent back twice! Crab legs were ice cold! Bread wasn't delivered until the meal was almost finished!

Car side to go order was triple checked by Anthony, yet my $13 appetizer still missing. What food was there was good though.

It had been quite a long time since I had eaten at Red Lobster. So when I found myself in the area it was an opportunity to go there again. The restaurant was clean and service was outstanding. We ordered Popcorn Shrimp and it was excellent. Will certainly be going there again.

The staff was very friendly and the food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. Will definitely be back.

It seems that the prices went up, just like everywhere, but the portions got smaller. They also quit giving salads with entrée.

They are having staffing problems like most restaurants. By limiting space and limiting the menu, they are maintaining service and quality standards. Our server, Stacey, was great!

Fast service for a party of 11. Menu very limited but that is the norm now. Very satisfied over all.

Had the clam chowder which was good, but sadly not warm enough for me. My ONLY issue as I like HOT soup.
The cheddar Bay biscuits WERE warm and fresh. Perfect to dip in the soup.
I ordered the lightly beer batter cod sandwich and the Lobster topped mashed potatoes as a side. Both came out very hot on a hot plate!

The batter was perfect, light and crunchy and the fish flaked beautifully. If it was frozen previously you wouldn't have known it. Tasted fresh. Not pictured was additional Cole slaw I order to go on the fish. Delicious. I hadn't been in in years. Was very pleasantly surprised. Despite being short staffed my Server Alicia was very upbeat and nice. Good Server.

Old fashioned vanilla soda with a shot of kahlua- delicious! Ultimate feast is the way to go- best yummy bang for your buck! Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere!

The one sever told me it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait 20 minutes later she forgot to add me to the wait list she had me wait for nothing this place doesn’t deserve a single star

Robyn is so pleasant, and on her stuff. Great server. North Olmsted location is my favorite because of her. If you're out for lunch and stop here definitely request her

SLOW! Stopped in for a bite at their bar. I sat there for nearly 30 mins and not one person said hello, would you like to order. Nothing. The restaurant was not busy. Bartender was too busy talking with other staff.

The food was hot and fresh eventhough we came close to closing time. The biscuits were hot and fresh and melt in your mouth. I would have taken a picture of them, but I was too hungry and some of them were devoured before the main couse came out. Teresa was nice friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend stopping by when you are in the area.

Well they are short staffed. Dinner portion of wife's broiled fish dinner was small. I had all I could eat shrimp. Refills slow. Shrimp was good. Still can't get over a $45 bill.
