Red Lobster, Findlay OH

I am not a chain restaurant guy but Red a Lobster is one of the chains I won't complain about. Bring on the biscuits and a lobster!

Worst lobster we had. Ordered lobster fest for $40.99 each plus drinks for our anniversary. Total $140 plus. Couldn't eat half due to hot spice seasoning. They gave us $10 credit for half of meal we each Couldn't eat. Half would be $80. They can't understand math or customer service. Done

We went there on Monday. The service was sub pat and the menu changes and food tasted microwaved. Horrible, I dont like eating microwaved food at home let alone at an expensive place as this. Bring back the old menu.

I love red lobster and go frequently. I was craving shrimp and fillet mignon. When food arrived the fillet mignon was not fillet mignon and the manager insisted it was. Will probably just hit Fins in Findlay next time, unfortunately. Everything else was good and I didn't raise a fit but I was (naturally) disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing.great food great staff.fist time there and i think im now obsessed.and I ordered only 2 appetizers to share and a smoothie.it melted in my mouth and i fell in love lmao

The waiter we got was amazing, things where a bit hectic and there was a broken skewer in my sister's Alfredo shrimp but the manager was very nice and apologized about it, the food tasted great will definitely come here again! I personally loved the Grilled Garlic Shrimp skewers

This place is great. Can't say enough good things. The food is remarkable, atmosphere is inviting & the service is the best. So helpful with your ordering questions. Drinks are awesome. They train their staff well, because they go above & beyond to make sure your dining needs are met.

We went early at about 4: 00 p.m. To avoid the rush on a Saturday. We were seated right away at a nice Booth with a window. Ashley, our waitress, introduced herself and took our drink order. We ordered what we wanted after a few minutes as the drinks arrived. The food was good, hot, and our waitress was excellent. Typical food for a good chain restaurant like Red lobster.

There was a snowstorm coming up and we decided to go to red lobster yesterday, wensday evening. There was only one server and she was working her butt off! Food was delicious and she was polite and checked on us often. I definitely recommend, thanks Jamie!

We went Monday for all you can eat shrimp, it was great! I heard quite a few people complaining because of the wait times and what not, which we waited forever and our food wasn't even hot, but all the other food brought out was perfect. We understand at this time if you want to go out to eat you have to understand these restaurants don't have the workers that were before Covid. I also heard about four people called off so if we want to go out to eat we have to know it is just the name of the game right now. People are thrown in the restaurant environment with little training because everyone needs people. We had a great dinner. And we will return. It might have been quite a wait but that's just what happens

I gave it 3 stars, while fast service and clean facility. We got like 9 fries on a fry order (fry to price ratio way off). Wife's food was great though, she was very happy.

I visited today at noon and had an awesome lunch! I was on a zoom call with my son in Texas at the Red Lobster in his town so we could spend Valentines Day and his Anniversary (29 years Cancer free together). The Manager and her Staff were great. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate all that you and your employees do to keep our Findlay Red Lobster running with so much care and serving delicious food. Thank you from an eternally grateful Mom.

The young hostess had a very bad attitude and terrible customer service. She acted as if we were putting her out when we asked for a table. She was very rude.
Our server was amazing and friendly and attentive, the food was good as always. Only wish the host was friendlier specifically after spending 253$ I really hope the server doesn't tip out the hostess because she didn't deserve any tip.

Very enjoyable. Wait staff very responsive, polite, and very freindly and professional. Food was tasty and served in good time. 5 stars for sure!

Place was freezing cold.had a table of 10 and all of us were freezing.heat then ac heat then ac.second my lobster was chewy and dry shrimp in my pasta was not good. $$30.plate of garbage.and all of us at the table felt the same way.we will not be back.bad experience.hope this message gets across and they fix there issues

Well, I ordered a to go meal that included cod sandwich and fries. I ordered on phone and said no toppings, add white cheddar or white american cheese slices. I get back to work they had given me a cup of shredded cheddar.

I like my cheese melted. A little disappointed as I order the same thing everything. Had to eat cause I had to back to work.
