Red Lobster, Dayton OH

Food was good but scampi was to buttery, biscuits have gotten smaller and crab legs are to expensive!

We had great service. The app to get my rewards points is difficult to use because I had more than one receipt. I still have not gotten credit for my reward points and there is no real way to talk to someone for assistance.

Everything was good, the food the service. It's getting too expensive to take the family out to. But for two it's doable once in awhile.

We were there for the free meal and was waiting 30 minutes B4 our server come over and said there are 150 more people still waiting to be seated B4 they can start serving use

I would love to give them a review on the food but we did not get that far. We waited patiantly for over 35 min, when we were originally told it would be a 20 min wait. When I asked politely, why we had not been seated yet. We were given attude and their response was that they did not have the waiting staff. When I look around they were not more then 50% full. No one should have been waiting that day (Sunday Aug 25th) but yet we were. My Family and I then left the restaurant since it seemed my business was not need. To me this is a poorly managed restaurant and I will do my best to avoid Red lobster especially this restaurant.

Went in with my husband and was told our wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and noticed multiple people who came in after us were being seated. Spoke to the hostess and she said the other people were ones who had called ahead for seating. Told her it had been 30 minutes since she had told us 10 to 15 minutes and that everyone who was there when we arrived were no longer there and asked how much longer it would be and she said she wasn't sure that there were 3 people ahead of us. I asked how is that when everyone that was here when we had got here was already seated and she just turned her back and would no longer acknowledge us. Needless to say we walked out after that and I will never go back to the Miller Lane location again.

Service was slow. My meal was on the week day menu for $15, server tried to tell me it was not. I asked for a menu to confirm and magically the manager applied a $5 discount (although the price difference was $6 I wasn't going to argue at that point) literally took 45 minutes after we finished eating to get checked out and actually leave. (Just a note, the kitchen was not slow, this was entirely on our server.)

This night staff was having a hard time for some reason the food was up to pair the price was affordable the coupon was not working on my phone so the manager took the money off my bill and used a 2 option that's was appreciated. This location was very clean. The drinks were really good they put enough vodka in the drinks. 2 thumbs up I'll be back to this location. Great managers here

Food is great, service is lacking. Took almost two hours for dinner even though there were empty tables when we walked in.

Went there on a spontaneous family night. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was great, and the wait time was only 10 minutes

Very good food, orders are almost never wrong, and the waiters are always ready to take an order, while the chefs get thw food done as quick as possible.

Had a nice lunch with my mom and sisters. Service was great. Food was good just a little salty and bit pricey

Fantastic. We were celebrating my friend getting her first car! They came out and sang happy birthday to her car, Kiki! It was fantasic!

For the first time our food was luke warm if not cold the service was ok but the food was very cool. It was my mother's 80th birthday.

Highly recommend. A great atmosphere for my 3 sisters and I to sit and relax with good food. Pleasant staff very attentive

Food was great only thing was timing as my husband did the 4 course meal. He received his soup the same time as entree.

Oh my gosh the wait here is always long for dinner on the weekends but that's to be expected Miller lane is congested and has plenty of food options but this place is totally worth the wait their food is always hot and exactly what you would expect from a high quality restaurant the staff here is accommodating and polite.

Always a great experience. Fire alarms went off while we were there. Wait staff kept their cool, Knew it was false alarm and just talked louder.

Amazing service. Amazing food! Great atmosphere. We went to the one in Richmond Indiana it was my first time and I swore it would be my last. Hubby convinced me to go the one on miller lane and I was so glad we did
