Red Lobster, Wooster OH

They allow and support the doomsday preacher that yells at cars all weekend.
He parks in there driveway and the employees will bring him water.
I've also watched amish root thru the dumpsters.

Red Lobster should not try and make a southern dish and stick to what they do best. I had the new boil that they have on the menu, disgusting! I won’t be surprised if they stop serving it before the next menu comes out. It had 1 piece of soggy corn, gross kielbasa, large chunks of potatoes and 1/2 pound crab legs all smothered in butter and I think they microwaved it. Hands down the worst boil taste and experience. Sticky microwaved butter on a finger food dish horrible idea. The shrimp in the dish was ok at best. Kenzie is a great waitress not her fault still tipped her 20% +. We were the only guests when we walked in at 12: 30 on Saturday. 2 stars for service and biscuits zero stars for the “Boil. ”

8/24/22 I was a little hesitant when I saw their increased prices, however the quality reflects that increase. Everything was very flavorful. Back up to five stars

Server was great but everytime I come to this place and order well done steak they can't seem to cook it right I don't even complain and send it back anymore cause usually server acts like it is problem so I guess if gonna eat here don't order steak well done and my salad today was all the think hard pieces on a good note my mash potatoes were good!

I took my mom out for lunch for her 80th birthday on July 4th (her Birthday!) and we were greeted quickly and seated. Our waitress, Jen, was fantastic! She was very attentive and even served mom a ice cream sundae, for her birthday dessert!

Food was excellent and service was friendly we always get a virgin pina colada and they are a must. Last 2 times I was there I ordered Shrimp Alfredo and the last was crab legs. Super good waitress was super kind can't remember her name but definitely a nice place to dine at

Food was fantastic. Waiter was on top of his job! Restaurant also had a medical emergency with a guest and the manager was on top of her job with getting the ambulance to the restaurant and keeping her staff together throughout the whole ordeal. It was some years since I last dined in. I'll be sure to be back!

Great experience every time. The wait was a little long but within expectations based on current employment situation. Will go back.

Bonnie was our waitress and was very polite and accommodating. The endless shrimp was delicious as well as the biscuits.

I got the clam step plate for $9.99. You can't beat the price for lunch. They have a decent selection. My next trip is for the Lobster Lover's Dream which is my favorite meal here!

This young waitress who waited on us and did a exceptional job was vaccuumimg the table behind us and behind that table was a couple eating (man and woman) and this man starts screaming at her to stop vaccuumimg bc he's eating. He was using harsh language and flying the f word. I have never felt so heart wrenching for a young girl just doing the job she was hired to do in my entire life! I believe her name was Jennifer if I remember correctly. I did say something to the guy screaming at her to let him know he was being ridiculous (plus I have 3 little kids that don't need to hear that language and I let him know that too) but Jennifer (i hope I am getting your name right) I called in and talked to your manager and let him know how ridiculous that situation was. I am so sorry you had to deal with that tonight and I just want you to know you do a great job! Dont let people like that get to you apparently they never learnt it takes 0 dollars to be kind!
We will ask for you the next time we come in bc you were a excellent server!

Was very upset with the quality of our carry out. Called in, manager was nice, however compensation was not equal to our loss. Will only dine in going forward.

Our food was really good. My only complaints are, we didn't get any lemons with our seafood, and the tartar sauce tasted like not very good coleslaw.

Host took us to an occupied table and left us standing in the middle of the room while he went back to find us a table. Waitress never came back to our table after giving us our drinks, biscuits, and salads until it was time for our bill. I received the wrong side dish but she was not around for me to tell her. When she came back ready to give us our bill I informed her. She asked if I wanted her to get it. We were done with our meals. Then she left our table only to come back a few minutes later to tell me it wasn't her fault it was the kitchen's fault. I really didn't care, my order was wrong. I had to pay full price for my meal. Would not come back again.

Food was delicious! Service was amazing and super fast. I wish I could remember our servers name to give her a personal shout out. She was a young gal with dark hair and had her hair up in a cute pony tail. She was so upbeat and friendly. You need to hold on to her, she is doing an awesome job!

Service was ok. Food took forever. Was told they had tons of take out so food was backed up. Spent over 2 hours there. Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and they forgot it was his birthday until we were walking out. Was put in a back booth that was freezing. It had a cold air vent blowing directly on us. They moved us a table from there. So was still cold, but we sat with our WI ter coats on. They then seat another couple there. We over heard them say when they complained that they set people there and if they complain then they will worry about moving them. It was pretty empty at that point.why put someone there in the first place?

I have ate there many times. The food was good and the service was good. I was disappointed seeing shrimp shells and tails all over the floor. The lobster tank was so cloudy you couldn't see the lobsters. Plus we were seated next to a table of four very loud women.
