21I've always had a good dining experience at Red Lobster. I love seafood. Unfortunately I always seem to eat too many of those awesome biscuits before the meal gets to my table. The employees are friendly and they are doing a great job of keep the restaurant clean during the covid-19 experience.
Came in and was seated immediately, the food was great and the service was amazing. I believe our server was Mindy and she was very polite.
Got carry out the trout was cold and rubbery. Baked potato was old had been sitting in the warmer.
Ordered pick up. Went after expected time and still waited 25 mins. Order was half cold half warm. Always loved this place. But i guess pick up is a no no. Im good on going back.
Normally everything is great. The last time we came the server must have been having a bad day or something. She forgot to several items until told again. When we paid she didnt even give us our card back.we had to track her down for like 10 mins and she couldnt remember where she left it.in this day and age you dont know who you can trust with things like your money.just left a bad impression.
I was craving some good old lobster bisque, and decided to place a to go order. I figured Red Lobster would be the ideal place to go. Unfortunately, I did not like their Lobster Bisque, it had an over powering cheddar taste to it. This is just my opinion, someone else may enjoy that taste.
Good food and good service. We went in the afternoon so there was really no real crowd. The server was great the food was also very good.
The all you can eat shrimp was gross no taste at all. The salad was so small and warm it was uneatable. And got crab legs which was cold.never had such a bad experience but tonight will be the last time I will eat there.
Loved how the restroom was set up, had dryers and paper towels right at door to exit bathroom so you didn't have to touch the door handle and throw towels in garbage right there to through them away. That was my first positive observation and our server smiled and super friendly and helpful the whole time. Finally a nice experience eating out.
Got charged 30.99 twice for two ultimate feasts but my wife got the seaside shrimp trio. Which is 10 dollars cheaper.
Not okay with these results especially sincs my lobster and scallops we're completely overcooked and I asked for a diet Coke 3 times and I got three regular cokes.
Spent over 70 of my hard earned dollars on this experience. Thanks for nothing.
Standards for Red Lobster. They were out of the coconut shrimp last night. Very disappointed about that, but in general, this place is good
My husband's favorite place. Went on a Friday evening, early, and didn't wait for a table. Friendly, helpful staff, clean restaurant and still the best biscuits around. The shrimp scampi is heaven
Service sucked the food was cold and did not get a refill! The waitress was complaining about being at work sorry that you hate your job! I love red lobster but for 35.00 I could find something better. I was so upset wanted to have a nice lunch with my mom.

Decent meal, but the restaurant smells of cleaning chemicals trying to cover the old and dated carpet and dirt and grease. Needs a full refresh
E.j. Our waiter was very nice and personable, the waitresses were all nice. My meal was enough for me to take home 1/2 for another meal. I had the steak & lobster.
Waited for 40 minutes to get my order of 35$ I got 2 the endless shrimp meals to go. I'm sitting there waiting all this time while they bring out plate after plate of endless shrimp to people sitting down back to back.but I only get one serving of it and it takes 40 min. The food is cold and stale. The noodles dried out and they forgot half my order. I even tipped 15% before I got my food. I'm ggetting my money back.
Food quality cold and was served on filthy plate. There was still someone else's food on the bottom of the plate. Clam chowder was cold. It was my husband's birthday and it put a damper on this celebration. However the server was very nice her service really Great!
The asparagus was dried out tough like rubber bands and the prices are too high. The waitress made several mistakes and for the expense there should have been none. It's going to be a very long time before I go there, if ever.
Service was excellent the food was the worst we ever had nothing tasted like seafood but rather seasoning Lobster was burnt and had to cut it with a knife and everything else was chewy. We will never go to a Red Lobster ever again. This is the second time that we have gotten bad meals. I don't know how they stay in business. You'd be better off to go to Captain D's better food at half the price.
