Red Lobster, Cincinnati OH

Service was good, salad was good, baked potato was good, broccoli was tough/rubbery, baked tilapia was dry like something warmed up from a grocery store freezer. For an established fish place expected better fish for main course.

Ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and it was not to my liking. I was able to return with out being charged. The glass that it was presented in was the same as a water glass no fruit or frills of any type. I have had better.

Love Red Lobster. I have never had a negative experience with the quality of the food, or had and problem with their staff.

My experience was always pleasant, I thought for a dinner meal, the salad was a little less than the lunch menu, but over all it was delightful

Not a seafood lover or liker had chicken tacos. There for Granddaughter birthday. Had 2 waitresses work the table, they were great. Don't remember the names but thanks ladies. Everyone seem to enjoy their food and your responsiveness

Visited at 2: 30 pm. No greeter. Sat myself at bar. No attention at all. After few minutes guy asks if i am eating i say yes. He asks you know what your drinking. I have not even got menu? Place is stone cold silent. 2 small tvs on but muted.
Food was good. Expensive. Honestly the service and atmosphere would not bring me back. I didn't expect silent boring almost dead" participation in a 65.00 meal. If you want to sleep and have zero expectations this location is for you. Food was good but expect no more.

Instant potatoes, steamed broccoli barley steamed, steak overcooked, crab legs skimpy. At average of $20 a plate is ridiculous.

The service was really friendly, but the restaurant itself has a pungent odor of mildew and needs to be addressed.the food was subpar compared to other chains that I have visited.

This is as good as any other Red Lobster I've been to. I am annoyed that they've changed the recipe for the crab linguini alfredo but this decision was at the corporate level though. I've been to multiple Red Lobsters and the sauce isn't as creamy as it used to be and it's more buttery.

I have been to Red Lobster a thousand times and this was the worst visit I've ever had we waited for 15 minutes for biscuits and something to drink no water on the table one when we first got there and we had to ask for things over and over again took forever wasn't very crowded wouldn't recommend it this time

Hostess was not ready and seemed to have an attitude despite calling ahead for seating and obviously plenty of empty tables. Several ordered the meal offering a variety
of seafood, all of which tasted the same except for the scampi.

Let's just stay the quality has steadily gone down while prices increased. Today's Red Lobster is not like from back in the day. There were lots of dirty tables & it took us a few minutes to be seated although it wasn't crowded. To the Manager's credit when he noticed all the dirty tables he did start clearing them.

Well it was ok, but it's a fish restaurant and we tried to get a fish sandwich and was told they don't serve that. We said well we will order fried fish and just bring us bread. We were told you don't have bread.really what do you call your rolls?

Had a great time here, the food was tasting good and the service was great too.however the portion size was very little compared to other locations I been too. Silver wares and dishes had a lots of water stains giving them a dirty look.
Apart from that I'll have to say it was a dinner place.

The cheddar bay biscuits are still great but the rest of it just didn't seem as good as it used to be the staff was friendly waitress waiter was great but the food just didn't taste all that good

Great food and plenty of it. I had to bring some back home with me. It was enough for a lunch meal the second day! Crabfest rocks!

I have had a wide range of experiences (some good, many not so good) at different Red Lobsters. I have heard that this is the best Red Lobster in Cincinnati. I must say after this visit, I have to agree. The service was great and so was the food quality.

The server was way too slow. It wasn't even busy but she took forever to do everything. I give it 4 stars because I love Red Lobster. It's my favorite place to go.

Food was over cooked. Server took to long to refill tea. Flavored tea was weak after remake it was too strong. Table we was seated at had no condiments overall it was not a good experience which is unusual for Red Lobster

Only do take out here and it always hot and ready. They keep your food in a warmer until picked up which is great!
