Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, North Olmsted OH

Went into this Red Robin location and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and hot to the table- the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Would recommend this location for a lunch or dinner occasion.

We used to be "Regulars" at Red Robin", mainly due to the facts that is 5 minutes from my house and because they merged with Donato's Pizza. I love the pizza, hubby likes burgers.
We went last night, and it was the last time for sure.
We do not like their new concept that you have up to 4 different waitresses. One takes the order, one brings the drinks, one brings the appetizers, another one brings the food, but still the so called regular waitress seems responsible for you as a customer, therefore gets the blame for her co-waitresses not doing their job correctly. That is not fair.
Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but the "girl" who brought the silverware was snippy. I got a fork wrapped in a napkin and asked her for a knife. She said "no, you can't have one, you will get a knife with your food". My appetizer required a knife, so I told the regular waitress and she send another girl over with a knife.
While my hubby was apparently happy with his order, my pizza was cold when it arrived at the table, the dough tasted old, and pizza was allover not what I am used to when having a Donatos pizza.
We told our waitress about the cold, but since some other girl brought the food, she did not know how long my pizza might have sat out before it made it to the table.

Old and dirty, needs a total remodel. There was an inch of dust on our window seal. The plastic between our tables was very dirty. There were Nats flying around and it's December. We spent over 50 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 beers. The only good thing was the waitress was very friendly and efficient.

Picked up at curbside. Everything was perfect and extra fries and sauces just as I requested. Yum! Customer service on the phone and when they brought it out was great too. Will be back!

Real good burgers and fries. Had a good time with my son. Waitress was a bit distracted. But i didnt let that ruin my son bday. We go there alot its my sons favorite burger restaurant.

So so good. The Whisky BBQ burger was fabulous! Comes with bottomless steak fries that were also very good. We got the pretzel bites to start and those were super tasty. Very helpful staff.

Not a great meal. Expected way more from a $15 burger. Tasted like a rally burger with a few more toppings, just not as much meat flavor ;) Service was great.

Food was dripping in grease, it was terrible, the bun on the burgers were soaked in grease, the onion rings were very dark brown and greasy, the pretzel bites were also burned up, and floating in grease. Burgers and fries were cold, worst Red Robin experience ever, told the server she was great she got the manager, he didnt care so much. Won't be back.

I had a wonderful Veterans Day experience here today! Just did a curbside pickup, but it went very smoothly and the lady who brought out my food was exceedingly friendly and nice to talk to and very pro military too!

You where selling and serving fried foods stood all of your customers plus including I heard from them at least 60 of your customers about it

Why can't I get napkins when I ask? And why can't my son get lettuce on the side of the burger as requested? The food is always pretty good. Unfortunately, it's the service that's almost always in question.

Pretty good when it comes to the burgers and Donato's pizza but other food options can be hit or miss. Service was pretty good and the staff were really nice.

Two beers $18, totally not worth it! Been going here for years, prices keep increasing portions keep getting smaller. Time to start looking for another place to hang.

Our weekly Friday lunch with a friend.booth in a bar. Enough variety and the staff is familiar with our favorite items. We would prefer that children under the age of 14 not sit in the bar area, as they are typically noisy and unruly. Their finger prints on the Plexiglas are rarely cleaned off.

Normally they do pretty well for me at this restaurant but they seem like the old restaurant that had no quality or managment that used to be. Thank you for sending me something I can't eat. You managed to completely ignore 90% of the order, including 2 allergy alerts.

Service was great, good food, and we didn't wait long for our food. I was impressed that with 8 people we were in and out as quickly as we were. This is one of our favorite places to stop on our way to the Indians games.

They also have gluten free buns for any of the burgers and a gluten free pizza crust.

Excellent draft beer selection, food was wonderful as well. Accurately pegged by hostess as sports fans so were seated by the viewing area (closed caption, nice touch). Attentive server. Very pleased with our dining experience!

The food, service, and place were great. The reason for the 4-star rating? I know it is packaged food, just like any other chain.

We had a big party with several kids. Our server was on top of it! Kept our drinks filled, and our orders came out quickly and were delicious! The staff did a great job! Yummm!

I ordered my burger medium cooked.but it came out charred and burnt. The prices are expensive. My bill was over $36.00 for an appetizer, Two burgers and two non alcoholic beverages.
