3Service was good but Red Robin has really gone down hill. The menu says new bigger juicer burgers but instead it’s smaller and the quality is terrible but for higher prices. Used to love it here probably will not back back.
This location has fallen off a cliff, it was so great years ago. Place was dead on a Sunday evening. Host took us to a table with food all over it and acted like he didn’t notice until we pointed it out. After several minutes someone else came to clean it with a rag and left the table all wet. The bathrooms were disgusting and in disrepair. We left instead of staying another minute.
Service was not good. No refills on our iced teas. Had to ask for silverware, my husband asked for more cole slaw and waitress forgot to bring it. My husband wasn't at all pleased with his sandwich. Just overall not a good experience. Will not return to Red Robin. Very disappointed.
