19Quality and service have cratered since the Corona virus. Never enough staff. Food has become run of the mill, and sometimes cold after a long wait for service. Way too expensive for such poor quality.
Wait time was stated as 15-20 minutes, ended up being over an hour. I get being short-staffed but don't misrepresent the wait time there was a party in front of us that waited longer so there was a clear indication to the servers that the wait time would be more than 15 minutes.
Milkshake was good, everything else was poor. Slow service, had to ask multiple times for things that never came, cold food. Not good. We just moved to this area and for $52, we definitely will not be back.

All food was exactly on par to Red Robin's standards. Perfectly prepared Burgers and Hot Hot French Fries.
We came in 45 minutes prior to close and felt bad. Our waitress was accommodating. Their water isn't filtered.
We have gone to Red Robin for years and typically love their burgers. Tonight we were not asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. Mine was cold and very pink in the middle. My husband's burger was done, but his whiskey river burger didn't have the correct condiments. We were disappointed in our food this visit and will have to think long and hard about a return visit.
One of my favorite places. No location has ever been a disappointment. Best ranch dressing EVER!
They were shorthanded only had two waiters and they did a great job on getting our food out to us
Waiter was terrible place is filthy watched every staff member walk around a huge spill on the floor truly blew my mind it stayed there the whole time I was there and when I left law suit waiting to happen DO BETTER RED ROBIN
We went to this Red Robin at 7: 30 p.m. On a Friday. We got two kids meals and two adult entrees. None of our drinks ever got refilled. My wife had to send back her sweet tea because it had no flavor. My wife asked for a lemonade instead, after 15 minutes we had to remind the waitress that she never brought out the lemonade to replace the flavorless iced tea. The hamburger I had was not warm at all when it was brought out. The blinds were open in the back of the restaurant and the sun was beaming us in the face for most of our meal. Overall not a tearable experience, but could have been better.
This Red Robin is comfortable to other Red Robins I've visited. The burgers are a decent size. They do have a variety of options for kids.
Service was great, food very good, but looks like the policy went quickly ftom "bottomless fries" to "no fries. " My meal had slightly less fries than the kids meal even. I understand inflation, but you need to still give average portions. Sad to see from one of my fave chain burgers.
We did not have to wait long to be seated. Waitress took our order very quickly the problem was the price. It was very expensive. For five of us to eat there it was $100
Do not waste your time eating here i went for fathers day and it was too expensive and food tasted like the frozen aisle at krogers. Bleh
Food is always great and the employees are very friendly and the atmosphere in there is great.
Well.had visited this location once before and would have given a 5 star review, however, the second visit ended up less desirable. The waitress was exceptional but the cooks and wait were horrendous. 2 people and meals took 45 minutes. Ordered a burger and a chicken wrap. The burger was fine, the wrap was worthless as it had one piece of chicken on one half, the sice of a quarter, and 3 pieces on the other half, the size of a dime. Returned it since it was the same price as a burger. As far as the building itself, could spend more time cleaning and if it's only 60 degrees outside, please don't crank the a/c up.
Some of the worst/ slowest service I’ve had in a long long time. Restaurant was slow with plenty of staff. Management mediocre place was dirty. Server was forgetful and slow
Ordered (2) Red doubles plain, one with a gluten free bun. After a long wait, the meals arrived and both were dressed with sauce and garden. I shared that they were wrong and they were taken back to be "remade". After another wait, the meals were returned. We immediately realized that the kitchen just tried to scrape off the sauce and lettuce, unsuccessfully. The manager came to apologize and delivered fries to eat while we ate. At the hour and a half mark and having to leave, I asked if we were ever going to get our food. We settled for a single to go for my son and I never received my burger. Even after this wait, they charged me $3 for my tea. Clearly the kitchen staff has no understanding on how to fill the order correctly, okay cutting corners, and not held accountable. The server tried his best to accommodate us but no one else talked to us or seemed to care. I would highly recommend not eating at the facility I'm Franklin, OH. The experience was quite a let down and no where close to the Red Robins that we have eaten at elsewhere.
