Better than most redroof inns. Clean room. Nice staff. Even looks like the did some renovations on the outside of the building.quiet, in a nice neighborhood.always stay herer when in town

My stay was bad, the bed is so old that it has balls and you don't even rest, the towels and the carpet smell bad, the cleaning is bad

Always stay here. Staffs very nice. Rooms are always clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Yes there are probably better hotels, but then your paying 200 dollars more. This hotel is inexpensive, clean and get the job done.very quiet. Always a nice stay. Best red roof around by far

Subpar Red Roof Inn. They require a $100 deposit for a hotel room with barely working ac/heat unit.

My room was rather old and worn out, but in tact yet. Near by many stores and places to eat.

Avoid this place in Toledo like the plague. Rooms had a damp stench to it. Everything in the rooms looked very old and not well kept. The outside facade is nothing to write home about. The building looks like it’s falling apart.

There was an unhoused man sitting in front of my room around midnight which was scary.

Only positive thing is that the front desk staff seemed nice and friendly.

Add a couple more dollars and stay in a place where you’ll get your peace of mind.

Staff goes above and beyond, clean rooms. Can't beat the location or the price. Never had a bad stay. Good area do to all the businesses and restaurant options nearby.

Room is very clean and not raggedy looking smelled good on the inside just the outside looks of the hotel is about 2.5-3 but the rooms are good so I wouldn’t mind coming back here

Nice little location just off highway. Stayed here over the years and always clean rooms with friendly staff. Cheap rooms and better than most red roof inns. Good food around. Easily the cheapest place around and always nice.

PERFECT SPOT if you're looking for somewhere with everything you need close by! UT is down the road plenty of restaurants and shopping all around from Popeyes Texas road house Pokos McDonald's Mexican Japanese steak house Asian Market and much more!
Check-in was easy. The desk clerk was very nice. This seems to be the place to go when you're not looking for anything fancy and need to stop to get a quick rest. Seemed like there were some extended stay people/families, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't for you. Looked newly remodeled and had some work going on while I was there. 8/2023. This is, however, the cheapest place I found near UT. The rooms were clean and bug free. Some of the bedding covers looked a little wore, but other than that, it was decent.
