Started out doing a self defense class with them years ago. What I learned stuck with me. But I didn't just gain knowledge that day, I also gained a community. They stayed in touch and considered me part of the red tiger family. I can now happily say I have been participating in kung fu classes with them for 6 months. It has changed my overall outlook on life. I am still very much a begginer and I cannot wait to see how I grow with my kung fu family. If you're on the fence about making some changes for the better or just trying something new, come to a class, you'll be welcomed warmly.
