I had my feet measured and the ladies there got out different shoes for me to try on and were patient with me when I went back and forth between a pair while putting new inserts in the shoe each time. Really appreciated the customer service and looking forward to trying out my new shoes!
Had no idea the store was there until I frequented the chiropractor and drove by. Finally stopped and found a pair of work boots. #first pair of Redwings
Joshua and I went into Red Wing to look for boots that he really want. He's spoiled and loved me and I've been wanting to get him new boots when I received my tax return earlier in the year, but I never received my tax return for 2018. So weird! Very clean store, (expensive boots, holy canoli, I think $169- say what?) And I LOVE that they have American flag things that go on your lacez. I took! This is God's country, I love America that God made and I am SO proud and Blessed to be God's Daughter as well as an American ️️!
They want me to were a pair of boots that didn't fit and was not happy when I tried to return them

The two women working yesterday morning lost the company a MINIMUM of 500$ in sales today after I walked out.
I needed 2 pairs of boots and would rather wear garbage bags around my ankles than EVER walk back in this store again.
After being a DEVOUT RedWings guy all my life I’m transitioning over to Ariat boots.
Redwing should give me a free pair of boots for the nonsense I had to deal with.

Every time we walk by this store it's always empty. Now we know why. If we could give this store zero stars we would. Becky, supposed Store Manager, is lazy and has no knowledge about the shoes in the store or what is considered a proper fit. She gave us one of the worst customer experiences ever. She was too lazy to get up from the chair to get us the sizes we requested and even more so reluctant to get us alternative sizes. When my husband told her that she should be nicer to her customers she arrogantly told him that he was interpreting her wrong. Becky is clueless and lacks common sense. We left the store and went to another store.
