Chris Kirby was the salesman that helped me. He brought out multiple different boots for me to try and also stayed proactive getting other customers started with their process when they entered the store. Great salesman. If he is not the manager, he should be. Anyone going to the Canton, Ohio location, ask for Chris.

I've been amazed by their customer service, along with their quality of shoes. They were very helpful to my wife and me. If you tell them exactly what you want, they will fulfill your needs to the best of their ability. Example: I told them I was a trucker and that I needed a tough shoe, that is slip resistant, has a safety toe, waterproof. But also needed full range of motion of my ankles while driving. They had the perfect shoe along with the boa system, so I can get them off and on in seconds.

From what I can tell so far is, these shoes are meant to last. You get what you paid for. Are they more expensive than a Walmart work shoe/boot? Yes, but for reason. They're not going to wear out as fast. And they're way more comfortable. They take the time to digitally analyze your feet, so right from the get-go the shoe size is right, they also digitally analyze your pressure points. They then might suggest one of their custom soles to essentially get you the best shoe/boot you're going to get. I believe they made my wife and me lifelong customers for all of our shoe needs.

This Red Wing location provided the best experience I've had when shopping for professional work boots! Adam took the time to understand my concerns and needs and showed a genuine understanding of the products at hand. I came in for boots and left with insoles, socks, and an excellent pair of boots. My feet have never felt better at work. Thank you, Adam!

I went to buy insoles for my new work boots. Walked out with insoles, gloves and socks. The socks feel so good on my feet! Chris was my sales rep. He was very educated on his job and got me the right fit for insoles. They call you by name and really take care of you for your working hands and feet! Love this store! I will not buy my work boots anywhere else! Thank you Chris for the help today!

I went in to buy a pair of boots, got them, plus these new custom-made insoles. These new insoles made my first three days turn into intense pain as I formed blisters on various parts of my feet, along with squeezing the bone behind my little toe on my right foot. Total fraud. $140 for two pairs of insoles on a $300 boot is absolutely retarded.

Called em up. Doug found the exact boot I was looking for, and saved them for me. Von took care of me when I was able to get there. Didn't rush me. And they were busy. Ten thumbs up!

I went in to get my boots, cleaned, oiled, and relaced. I left with 2 new pairs of boots. Doug took great care of me.

Everything was great. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They were thorough and made sure my sons boots were what he liked and a good fit for his feet. We will be coming back for more boots!
