If i could give negative stars, i would.i had an absolute terrible experience.i have terrible anxiety along with depression which made me postpone going for two years, along with dealing with a tramatic experience that pushed me off for a year more.so, i can definitely understand my teeth being in rough shape.firstly, the desk staff were great.the dentist hygiene was a bit awkward but that's completely fine, told me during the x-ray she seen cavities and said it like it was a death sentence.cleaned my teeth like normal & gave me the tips that they always give you.when dr.reddy walked in the room the vibe definitely changed, off the bat looking at my teeth she seemed very frustrated.which sort of caught me off guard and honestly made me feel tense.she started looking at my teeth and called out the cavities i had and the hygienist began writing them down on a list.after she was done, she told me to look at just how many were on the list.told me to look at the x-ray and said "do you SEE THAT? " in a tone that reminded me of getting scolded by my mom when i was younger.she had me tearing up in the chair.when I was done i walked out, scheduled the appointments that i knew I wasn't going to, went out into the parking lot and cried on the drive home.i had never felt so shamed honestly, and this happened like a month ago and i can't stop thinking about it to the point i talked to my therapist about it.im not trying to be a karen, but if you struggle with mental health or don't have perfect teeth, i would definitely choose somewhere else.

Really heartbroken this turned out so poorly. I went to this dentist in an attempt to deal with what felt like a bad cavity or cracked tooth after another dentist told me I needed a cap on it but couldn't see me for months. Dr. Reddy was kind but she drilled two of my teeth and filled them, neither of which needed to be drilled and filled, as it did not fix or help my pain at all. Was an excruciating experience as I was not medicated enough and was able to feel drill. I'm just very upset, because now I have to find another doctor and continue to suffer in the meantime. Staff was very kind, so they don't deserve 0 stars, but my experience was very saddening.

Dr. Reddy and her staff are absolutely amazing. I have horrible dental health and extreme dentist anxiety that lead me to postpone much needed treatment for to long. I was recommended here by a family member and I am finally not afraid to go to the dentist. I will be sticking with this office. They get work done fast and it's good. I have had work done a few times now including multiple fillings and a root canal. Each time I felt NO pain at all. Not during nor after. Not even the numbing shot. Dr. Reddy is truly amazing & does not make you feel bad, or shame but rather tries to help you get the smile you want. So happy I found this place ️

Waste of insurance, time and online paperwork.nice people but they don't do much maybe cleanings won't pull teeth or do root canals.never heard of a dentist that refers extractions.they could of done some prescreening before bringing me in.but they spent plenty of time warning of reprocutions for missing your appointment, even have a 5 foot billboard in the office that takes up a wall.not that they cared about wasting my time

The best dental practice around. A hidden gem. Staff from the front desk to Dr. Reddy are so kind and welcoming. Office is bright and clean. Both hygienists are top notch. Dr. Reddy is so nice, thorough, patient, explains everything to you, and is just so knowledgeable. I recommend this practice to everyone I know. I like them so much I started bringing my children here and they don’t mind going at all. Plus, they always have the best selection of toothpaste flavors, including cinnamon! Top notch practice.

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. I moved to Medina a year and a half ago and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I was recommended to go to Dr. Reddy and I’m so so glad I did! The hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning and helped me feel calm. Everyone on staff is so friendly and welcoming. This is the first time I went to the dentist and wasn’t freaking out the whole time. 100% recommend.

I am so happy I found this place. I've spent years being uncomfortable at dentist offices until I walked into Dr. Reddy's office. I first met with the hygienist Amy. She made me feel welcome, comfortable and broke the information down to me, so I was able to thoroughly understand it. I felt like I could trust her and her recommendations. I had a DEEP cleaning yesterday ad met with Amy again. She's awesome. Quite literally. She kept me comfortable. What I noticed and appreciated most was her calm, caring aurora and manner of carrying herself. It filled the room and put me at ease. At the end of my appointment, I was so grateful and relieved to have finally found a quality office. The receptionist Jackie was also a welcoming and friendly face at the front desk. This place is top notch, and I am happy to have found this little gem right here in Medina. Thank you, ladies, all so much.

Money hungry. Get a second opinion before going through ANY procedures they want you to have. Do not let these people intimidate you. Bunch of bullies.

Dr reddy and her staff are the best of the best! I have gone to dr. Reddy for years and I have never met a more thorough/ helpful doctor. Dr. Reddy and her staff go above and beyond to make your dental experience a great one and it shows. I highly recommended coming here.

I finally have a dentist I enjoy going to. I had an extreme fear of dentists until I discovered Dr Reddy and her staff. I finally had my numerous cavities, that I had been neglecting because of my dentist phobia, fixed. Everyone in the office is so kind I feel like family. I can't believe I look forward to going to the dentist now. Thank you Dr Reddy and staff.

I am absolutely sure that I could have two of my original teeth if I gone to Dr. Reddy years ago instead of a dentist in a corporate box. Dr. Reddy is everything you would want in a dentist. Honest, great communicator, thoughtful, thorough and patient. And her office staff are wonderful as well. If I could think of more adjectives right now I would fill this page. You will never regret signing up to be a life time patient with Dr. Reddy.

Gone here for a nice amount of time and always a great experience! The staff is very welcoming and great with anxious people. Always making sure you’re comfortable!

Decent wait time. Not sure if covid or poor office staff, but upon arrival I was asked to complete the same paperwork I had previously completed and mailed in ahead of the appointment. The dental hygienist did not know how to take a proper X-ray and blasted my face at least 10 times and repeated X-ray shots to get it right. Neither the dentist nor the dental assistant cared that I was in discomfort and acted annoyed that they couldn’t get the X-ray right. Finally, dentist wasn’t sure of the diagnosis and wanted to schedule an exploratory filling. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here but will promptly find another dentist to look into my dental concerns.

The entire staff, from front desk to dentist, are friendly, courteous, and understanding. Best dental experience i have had in many, many years. I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Reddy took me in on an emergency the day I had a crown break off. Both Dr Reddy and her staff are very courteous and kind. Dr Reddy explains everything she is doing or needs to do.

I have been back to her office twice to have cavities filled. Dr Reddy removed a previous filling, from another dentist, from one of my front teeth that was botched and did not resemble a tooth in its natural state. When she was done my tooth looked normal and beautiful again! I am no longer insecure about smiling again.

I look forward to a long-term relationship with Dr Reddy and her staff.
