I have been dealing with Holly for the last couple of years and she has provided me the absolute best customer service. I have been pleased with the expedience of the service and enjoy living in the community.

Always up to getting things done. Called with dishwasher leaking. Andrew was here next day for repair.he always makes things so simple. Thank you Redwood, very pleased.

We love how quickly any maintenence issues we have are addressed by Holly Oliver, and Andrew the service technician. Our sink disposal was inop, and within an hour was replaced.
We also had an issue with our door lockset, and it was also handled in a timely manner.

We love our townhome and living in the Wolcott Manor subdivision by Redwood.
We also take pride in being the longest tenured residents in the community, having moved into the community in 2014.

I am a new resident at Redwood and had several small issues that I needed Andrew to fix and to install a new shower head. The service was prompt and efficient. I couldn’t be happier! Manager Jennifer followed up with me to make sure everything met my satisfaction. The best part of Andrew’s visit was his very kind and reassuring manner!

Holly was awesome to deal with and thoroughly explained the process! She was very patient with my elderly parents.

I have lived here for six months, and I see myself staying for at least five years or longer. The area is convenient to stores, banks, gyms, restaurants, and parks. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with sidewalks all around. The management is helpful and the maintenance department is professional. Having a two bedroom, two bath, two car attached garage is the best!

Holly was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I hope to make Redwood my home in the next 4 months.
