Redwood Newark reviews
7Needed chirping checked coming from a smoke/ carbon monoxide alarm. Grim replaced it, and will be back in a few days to Check the longevity of the Other alarms. He is always pleasant, and always knows what to do!
Wonderful place to live! Ronda the manager and Grim the service tech are the best! Very attentive to any maintenance issues and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to everyone!
Grim did a great service replacing the fire alarm, I was pleased with his response and great work.
I can't say enough about how good the newark team is, especially in this case, Grim. He is always responsive and very knowledgeable. Thanks for helping so quickly.
The apartment was very well kept, nicely laid out and roomy enough for all our needs. And it was so nice not having to walk upstairs to get to an apartment! The pantry was the best we'd seen anywhere, regardless of whether house or apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised to see a family of deer walking along or grazing in the back, not just once but many times - it made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for better than our Redwood apartment.
Great apartments but dog breed restrictions need some attention. I would have put a deposit down that day if it wasn't for the general ignorance of dog breed lineage.
We got up Wednesday morning and it was 47 degrees. Called the emergency number and service people came out and said we needed a new gas valve for the furnace. They said they would have to order the part. On Friday Redwood maintenance brought over one space heater. The next morning I went and got a second one. In the main area we were able to get warm. The bedroom and master bedroom were cold. I had to take my wife to ER because she caught a cold and a temperature of 104. Finally on Monday Redwood maintenance got the gas valve from another Redwood maintenance and installed it at 3: 30 Monday. Why have an emergency number if you can’t get an emergency fixed.
