9It was somewhat of a complicated fix, but Steve did a great job trouble-shooting. Very satisfied!
There are a lot of steps to complete in the move-in process, but the property manager Shannon was there to ensure everything went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. The apartment itself was very clean, with everything working as expected.
We leased at Redwood for around a year while we were building a new house. They offered us a 6-month lease which due to delays needed to get extended and then we went to a month-to-month. Redwood Vermilion was an awsome community to live in and Shannon the Property Manager was outstanding! Would highly recommend Redwood.
When we first moved in in 2016, everything looked well kept and fresh, since then we feel thongs have gone downhill. Landscaping is not kept up, ruts, rocks moved, and dead shrubs. Water is not metered for each unit, so you pay an equal share of your side of the street. No way it is a fair bill when some units only have one person and others have 3 or 4. Maintenance and resident manager are sure not the same. We had a good run for 4 of our 5 1/2 years though. Rents are high for the area and going up. Lots of room for improvement.
Just got my keys today and Shannon was extremely helpful with getting me all the information I needed. She was very friendly and very detailed. Great experience with the move. On top of that the home was very clean and looked amazing!

I lived at Redwood Vermilion for over two years and I loved it. Ken who is the maintenance person is above and beyond the best at answering any calls in the most efficient manner and really loves his job. It's a great community
