Refloor was knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with. Everything was set up within the week. Renita and Katie were our coordinaters, they both were very friendly and helpful! We got financed and a couple days later we set up a date which was the next day! Derek, our installer was awesome! He has 36+ years experience, he was kind and friendly and was very quick, it took him a half a day to finish it with his helper. Amazing jobs guys, we LOVE our floors!

From the salesman arriving at our door on time. To quick schedule. Ovidu and crew. To Miss Amber we are so Happy with Refloor. Our new floors are spectacular. All 5 stars.

Kelly was very knowledgeable about the different flooring options and financing promotions. We can’t wait for our new floors!

3/28/23 I UPDATE MY EXPERIENCE. AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY DEFINITELY UPGRADED STARS. JUST REMEMBER FIRST IMPRESSION IS SO IMPORTANT. THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT TEAM LISTENED AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS. THEY WASN'T BIAS. THEY SENT SOME WORKERS THAT REPRESENTED THEM AMAZINGLY. I THANK YOU REFLOOR FOR MAKING ME MATTER AND MY FINAL LOOK GREAT! TODAY I SMILE. Not impressed at all. AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SUPPOSE TO BEEN TWO BATHROOMS DONE. BUT BACKED OUT OF BASEMENT ONE CAUSE MY TOILET TO OLD THEY SAID. DID MY MAIN BATHROOM REMOVED MY UPSTAIRS TOILET TO DO FLOOR. PUT IT BACK NOT CORRECT THEN TELLS ME I NEED A PLUMBER. MOST PLUMBERS SAYING OVER 300.00 TO REPAIR. THEY WANT HELP. THE INSTALLER A FAST TALKER. CLEAR HIMSELF OF ANY WRONG DOING.

From beginning to end having our floors installed was an enjoyable undertaking. From Nick in sales, Katie our project coordinator and Mike and Larry our installers, our experience was A+. They all know their jobs well and everything they do makes for an excellent customer experience. Everything was GREAT, the installers Larry, Nick, and Jeff did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, and paid attention to detail during the install of my floors. They even cleaned up after themselves. The project coordinator Katie was fantastic. She called throughout the process to ensure that everything was going as planned.
