5Their reception is piss poor every time. Over the phone and in person. Makes you want to go elsewhere
This place is one of the most unprofessional dental offices around the cuyahoga county area. The lady African American late 40 lady obviously does not like her job. Most times you can tell when an individual enjoy what they are doing and alot of times you know when someone is there just for the check.
Listen stop trying to data collect on people if a client arrives on time for their appointment with proper insurance card and State ID then why insist that they also provide their Social security number.
I Called corporate to complain but it would be just my luck that the lady called corporate first to complain that I complained that she was rude.
The nerve of this lady to attempt to do damage control and spin the situation. Of course they put me on the black list not that I would ever come here again anyway.
What should you take from this review? First, understand that this place is ghetto so make sure you record all Interactions, Second do not give up your personal information just because someone behind the counter asked for it. Make them show you a law that requires it. Third, go at your own risk your experience may be different but do know you were warned if things go left. This place accept medicad and medicare so it is certain regulation that they must follow. Hold them accountable always I dont care if they were just having a bad day.
Receptionist was very unprofessional and argumentative. Let's be honest here, A social security number is not required for service. Stop asking for patients Social Security numbers in order for them to seen. A social security number is for work purposes and benefits. If a proper ID and Insurance card is provided why do you deny service? Seriously this is a bad look. Stop talking about a policy that doesn't exist
I truly enjoyed my visit at refresh dental, they were awesome, very courteous and friendly, I am glad I chose them to go too.
