Regal American Mall reviews
15Not the greatest theatre I've been to. No Reclining seats and the screen/picture is not a clear, crisp image. This is the only theatre in Lima so no other options locally.
The seats are dated and row F has an issue seeing the lower part of the screen obscured by occupied handicap seating on the same level forward of the row.
My friend and I had a great experience! We’re deaf and they treated us fairly with respect. We were able to use the CC equipment and the manager checked on us to make sure it was working properly. Thank you! I would go back again!
Nice theater but as with all movie theaters it is too expensive. Went to a matinee but was charged senior price
Bathroom was overwhelming smell of pee. 2 adults, 2 popcorn, 2 drinks. $70.00. Way to much for what we got. Last time I go to the theater. Let the actors stay on strike
When entering the theater the area is clean, inviting, wonderful aroma of popcorn, and visually appealing. There were 3 staff behind the counter but one line to make purchases. Important to know if you are running right up to your movie time. At the register you purchase tickets, pick seats, and buy your goodies. Can be a lengthy process for some. No combos make purchases steep in price.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The actual theater viewing area was clean and attractive. The only negatives would be no recliner seats and some head rests showing their age with the vinyl cracking. Now that you choose your seat when purchasing your ticket it can make it tough if you can see you have a not so appealing head rest. Those are not big negatives however. Still an overall nice experience. For physically challenged, great options for walk up seating and no need to use ramp or stairs.
Would and have visited often.
We seen The Little Mermaid (in 3D), it was great! Bavarian pretzels made fresh to order, absolutely delicious!
Movies obviously aren't like they used to be years ago, but my family and I went here to see the Super Mario Bros.movie, and it was a nice experience. Ticket and concession prices are a bit much, but movie theaters really haven't changed much, so the experience is still as I remember it, although the "family" movies themselves have become less "family-oriented/friendly. " Now, to get back on topic. The theater was clean, and some of the staff was pretty boring but not rude at all. They seemed to want to avoid any conversation and would rather stay in the background.
The movie was excellent theater was a bit nasty. Popcorn and drinks are a little to expensive
Clean, very nostalgic, expensive snacks but movie theaters have always had expensive snacks. Fun date night spot. Get out and watch a movie!
Expensive but great experience as always. Was 46 dollars for 3 drinks and 2 large popcorn, plus the cost of tickets. Came to almost 95 dollars. But had a great time and reccomend it to anyone that's looking for a fun night out with the family or a romantic night with your significant other!
A little expensive but worth it. The theatre was clean and comfortable. The service was nice and helpful.
Really nice theater. It was very pricey. It was 31 dollars just for 2 movie tickets. Forget the popcorn.
Clean theater. But whew.the ticket price has really gone up! And the price of popcorn and a drink is nuts!
One young lady who works there, Kayla, was most helpful in helping us in navigating the Regal app. She is a friendly, smiling, helpful employee.
