Why does a person have to pay extra for a manicure when they are having acrylics placed? I have never had to pay for a manicure and acrylics. That was always included when I had acrylics done: (My nails were washed, cuticles trimmed and soften with oil.) I would of paid $45.oo for acrylics, $20 - 25.00 for manicure, $10.00 for gel polish and extra $$$ money for a French Tip design. WHAT A RIP OFF!
Needless to say. I left!

To top it off. The male technician was working on a woman's nails and decided to file his nails at the same time and with the same file. Ewe!

One word: RUDE!

I went in the other day for a pedi and soak off of gel nails that I cut down. For one, the pedi was done OK could of been better. For my soak off The manager lady made me BLEED because she was being to rough with taking it off she’s lucky she didn’t get cussed out and she really had the nerve to throw the broken nail towards me and told me to “keep it”. And then preceded to tell me she wouldn’t give me that certain service no more because I went to a different salon! She was rude in the past but I let it slide but not this time

Mean, rude and made up prices as they go! If you want to go to a salon and get a total different price than what is listed on the pricing chart on the wall, then come here. Mean and nasty attitude the whole time I was getting my nails done. Even threw my hand to the side like I was trash when she was finished. I'm asking questions and she's not even responding to me at all. I was told one price and by the time she was done doing things that I hadn't requested (and I told her I didn't request them), the grand total was absurd! We went back and forth over and over about the price and she proceeds to pull a book out and tells me that she's going off of the book's prices. Clearly it was more expensive than what is posted on the wall! Lady, that's false advertisement and that's against the law! Crooks! This is how they make their extra money I see! Never again! Even told my daughter and niece real nasty, to walk around Walmart. Ma'am, they are 9 and 10 yrs old! They're too young! Can you say abduction? ! Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave knowing they're running a shoddy business under his roof! Pure foolishness and unacceptable!

I came here for a pedicure and an acrylic refill after being a loyal customer for more than three years. Not only did I get charged for a "cut down" because my acrylic tips that their stylist put on last time were too long (I had requested "shorter" even during that previous appt, to no avail). But I got charged for two repairs, even though only one needed a tip. My bill for an acrylic refill and pedicure: $82! When I complained, she took a dollar off. I won't be back. Every time I come in since COVID it seems they are making up the prices as they go.

Thank you Tom for giving me beautiful ombre acrylic nails! He was very nice and I would definitely go back. Don't let the fact that the salon is inside of Walmart turn you away.

Lady rushed and charged 5 dollars extra for my color and a coffin cut. She didnt even push my codicils back. My nails broke off in less than 3wks. Very disappointed.

They normally do a really good job but this woman rubbed the skin around my thumb nail raw.that hurt unbelievably bad.also why do they run a fishtank with no fish

Completely unprofessional as the nail tech was arguing over nails that had been done that were lumpy and uneven and most importantly crooked called us 2 faced as we simply just wanted the nails fixed
