I had a great experience recently when my windshield was damaged by a rock. Your office not only told me that I had glass coverage, but they also made the appointment for me at Safeflite.

VERY surprised at the many positive reviews for this company… not sure if they’re paid for or if they just lying because we must not be talking about the same people. Setting up my insurance was of course very easy. I was charged multiple months more than I was quoted, called and emailed NUMEROUS times trying to get in touch with anyone who could answer my simple questions and heard nothing back, besides one callback which I immediately returned and it went to voicemail. Seeing as how I can contact no one, I’m not paying for my policy anymore and am finding a much more reliable agent than this one. Absolutely ridiculous, they clearly are only concerned about money. Go to someone else!

I found that Allstate can be helpful to check the need for home or the need of auto insurance.

After selling my car, I contacted Regina to cancel my auto insurance. Over the course of three weeks, I left multiple voicemails and emailed her directly with no response. I called from my fiancée's phone and left a voicemail inquiring about new coverage to get this office to call me back. Of course they responded in less than 10 minutes, since instead of losing business, they thought they were getting a new customer. This office does not care about you and will avoid all communication with you unless they are making a profit.

My experience with Allstate is great so far, thankfully I've had no claims or problems at all. Regina made signing up easy and quick and answered all of my questions.
