Finance will do everything they can to get you in the car you want. Service is there for your convenience, getting you in and out in a breeze. I recommend buying from Eric or Brayden as they are VERY knowledgeable and simply want to see you happy. They are great human beings. William, the manager will make sure to do the best he can on your deal, especially if you’re trading in! Will never buy anywhere else!

These guys were quick to correct the situation after a small misunderstanding. They even reimbursed me for the money I spent on rush shipping a check. Wade Turner is a straight shooter and I look forward to doing business with him and the team at Reichard Chevrolet in the future.

Dealership shows no interest in trading a vehicle with another dealership that has it sold. Customer (me) offered an extra $1000 cash incentive just to initiate the trade.

I paid for a tire rotation and oil change. Upon paying, I asked if my tires wore Rotated and I was told yes. I look at my tires and noticed they were never rotated. How I know is I had damaged my front driver side rim so if my tires were really rotated like they claimed, that tire should have been in the back. That same tire was in the exact same spot when my vehicle was returned to me so my tire rotation was never done and the lied about it. I will not be returning.

Please don't buy a used vehicle from this location service department is horrible. They don't even inspect cars that come in as trade ins. Transmission is shot on a 26000 dollar Ford F150 but yet they do nothing about it. As long as you drive it off the lot its not their problem. And Pinnacle insurance doesn't really help either so don't be duped by that ruse either.

Service personnel were courteous, prompt, and thorough in their diagnosis of my service issue. What more can you ask for?

Went to this location and left with a 2018 Malibu which I love! The salesman Brayden was fantastic as well as the finance manager Jerry! However, the manager William acted like he had a big head. In my interaction with William he was not pleasant and he didn't act very personable, also he was talking about a possible inappropriate co-worker relationship with whom was presumed to be the owners daughter which I find very inappropriate and disgusting as well as very unprofessional.however we would give a 5 star rating to Brayden and Jerry.but William gets a 0 in my book. Overall sale and transaction was great would come back, just not to William thanks God bless.

As with every visit for service all items for repair were discussed with Dustin Keller, and Don heindl then when completed I returned at the agreed upon time to be greeted upon arrival by curt williams the service manager who discussed with us that all repairs went well and then he discussed the required maintenance schedule. I recently purchased a vehicle from Reichard Chevrolet and it has been the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. The sales manager, William, worked so hard to find me the Blazer I wanted and the finance manager, Jerry, called the finance company personally to get me the best interest rate possible! My car was ready in 2 days, detailed to perfection, and the whole transaction was a breeze! I highly recommend Reichard Chevrolet for all your car buying needs! I know I won’t go anywhere else!

The body work was completed on the car but there was some dirt left in the paint and not buffed out when I came to pick it up. The detailing clean up was not good at all. Rubbing compound everywhere inside and outside the car. I left the car and picked it up 5 hours later with everything completed satisfactory. Attention to detail is important. I have been in the automotive industry designing and building interiors for 25+ years. I am probably a little more critical than most making sure things are completed as they should be. In the end things were corrected and cleaned to my satisfaction.

I have bought several vehicles from this company and they all have been wonderful experiences. They all we easy processes, the sales and finance teams really did a great job with helping me get the vehicles I was interested in. Would definitely buy again from Reichard and highly recommend for everyone to visit Reichard Chevrolet.
