She was super attentive, very knowledgeable, maintained a seamless line of communication and offered a fun all around experience! Absolute joke of a rental company. Everyone seems to struggle with interpersonal skills, the simplest tasks are difficult for them, no one has any idea what they’re doing, and the boss seems to have an issue finding people suitable to work for his sketchy business. Nothing will be done properly and or timely. All of the 5 stars reviews are made up and you should rent from different people.

Michelle was so fantastic! As first home buyers we were very nervous. She made us feel very comfortable and also knowledgeable of the whole process. She was 100% invested into helping us find a new home, and communicated daily with us. She’s very good at her job, honest about the homes we were looking at buying, and very good at keeping us in the loop. She also celebrated with us and shared in our joy when we closed!

RENTERS BEWARE! Reinvest consultants and Kyle Woodland will ignore maintenance as long as they can. They had lighting for the building and basement connected to our box and it wasn’t till we were moving out (1 year later, our electric was turned off) that we noticed all that was powered by our unit. Currently seeking legal solution. I wrote this review three months ago shortly after this review four 5 star reviews were posted complimenting Kyle.fishy business

I have rented from Kyle before and he always helps us find the house that we are looking for. Renting from him is amazing too, he always responds to maintenance requests fast. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for housing in the uc area

No one in their right mind should choose to rent from this company. I’ve lived in similar below average college homes, but when something goes wrong, the landlord or manager promptly fixes the issue. This is not the case and from talking to the previous tenants, they experienced the same issues.

If you are in the Cincinnati area, especially Clifton, do NOT rent from them. I promise you will regret it.

Reinvest Consultants is a group of allstars that get buckets. If you are straight forward with Kyle Woodland there is no reason to be upset. Kyle is helpful and works hard.

Kyle is great. Rented from him in the past and will continue to rent. Always gets things fixed when they are broken.

Reinvest Consultants is a great company to work with when it comes to renting a home. Kyle is very understanding and very easy to work with. He will hear any complaint that you may have along with fix any problem that may occur while living in your home.

I applied for a property with this company however I never and I do mean never heard back. When I called to inquire about my application I was told.nobody has applied for the property. He didn't even check. Then I was told i will get an email or a text. I asked if I will be informed if denied. I was told very snidely of you get it you get it.not professional at all.

After 12 year in the same place they made me and my young children move they gave us 30days or our rent would go up by $300 and then she had men come in the apartment start pulling up carpet and putting holes in walls and then said that the walls were dirty I live there 12 and it never was painted, what do you expect. Michelle is still trying to find a reason not to give my deposit back.

This company held most of our security deposit ($2500) for damages that came with the house/not caused by us/Not our responsibility. I wouldn't recommend anyone (especially college students) to rent through this company. There are plenty of better land lords in Cincinnati.

By far my worst rental experience. I met my property manager when he showed our house to potential renters unannounced. I heard a knock at my bedroom door where he identified himself only by first name (a name one of my room mates happened to share). Assuming it was my room mate I opened the door to be met by this stranger and three girls who were there to see the house.

Then when it came time to have our security deposits returned our property manager refused to respond to calls, texts or emails and it came down to visiting the office personally to finally get a response out of him. In the following month he assured us that the checks were to be mailed and only when I brought up tenant law, 32 days after terminating my lease did he yet again claim that the checks had been mailed on the 30th. When the check finally arrived it hadn't even been printed until the 4th. We experience nothing but bold-faced lies from our property manager. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this service, especially with this particular manager.

Michelle was great! She has helped us with an investment deal and guided us through what needed done for us to sell our property. She was always quick with an answer or giving advice when we asked. Very professional to work with and worked well with buyers agent.

This company rent us a shady house and tried to hold all of our security deposit ($895) for damages that came with the house/not caused by us. They also did not send us a letter of damages within 30 days after we moved out, and this is illegal. We have sorted out the pictures taken before we moved in (plenty to prove that the damages were not caused by us, they came with the house). We are filling a lawsuit against this company.

Btw, these people are racist. Their customer service hang up on me and they are rude.
