Phone just rings, ongoing for weeks; unable to set up an appointment but their Groupon is still active.

I emailed them & set up an appointment through the website; 2 weeks later, I have not heard back. I would have loved to schedule here, but unfortunately I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been calling for a few months, wanted to reschedule my treatments. I was able to leave a message early on but I have not gotten a reply. Now, the mailbox is full for months and even though all other businesses opened, there is no updates and no sign of these guys. It’s concerning me!
Has anybody gone by the place to see if there is sign or note left behind?
. I really like Cortney and I know she runs the business but does anybody know the owner!? !?

Does anyone know if the business is open or still closed? I tried to call them numerous times and no answer.

And the worst is that I paid for the service, but never got a chance to use it because of the covid situation.

Best place in town for you. Courtney is best in her field. She listens, takes the time to het to know her clients and is a pure professional

Went here for laser hair removal and Cortney was great. The process was simple and easy and my hair was gone! I will be returning for more treatments and maybe even get some additional services.

Courtney is so amazing <3 she made facial hair laser removal tolerable. She so friendly an upbeat to it makes me want to work with her.

The staff is extremely professional and on time. I felt very relaxed and confident being treated by Cortney. I look 10 years younger thanks RejuvMe.

This place is HORRIBLE. I purchased a groupon for two microdermabrasions and when I got there, it went downhill very quickly. The receptionist is also the esthetician, I had to wash my own face in a subpar bathroom with Cetaphil, the spa bed was completely bare (no sheet or blanket, and at the end, she rubbed coconut oil on my face (no serum, moisturizer or sunscreen). This was the WORST spa treatment I ever had. After writing a negative review on Groupon, they refused to honor my groupon for my final visit and said I was dismissed as a client because I wrote a negative review. What!? ! I’ve never been treated this way EVER. Stay away and beware.

Teeth whitening service is well below expectations. I can buy better stuff on Amazon. They utilize products you can buy online yourself. They use 16% peroxided, Amazon sells 44%. The office looks like they are harvesting​ organs in the back. The dental chairs are literally lawn chairs from Walmart. They claim four shades whiter after treatment, more like one shade if you're​ lucky. And that is only because they triple apply this low grade products. This place is a joke. Saver money and your time and just do it yourself or try a more reputable provider.

Great staff! They are fast, Friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for other services.

Terrible service. I was scheduled twice for a platelet procedure that was botched on two different occasions by the physician. I requested to speak to the physician and asked for a refund for services that were not completed but those that were incomplete and botched. Not only did the physician not speak with me he sent me an email explaining that although botched it was a win-win and was not refunding my money. Save your effort, time and money do not go to this place!
