Driver came to my residence by mistake. Asked if I could help him. He was the nastiest most foul mouthed individual! I am a retired vet I could not have been more insulted. This person should lose their employment!

I just paid for my daughter to get her car back.they tell you to set an appointment through text.you do, then they set appointment and time but give you NO ADDRESS given to recover! Example of a small business trying to look big.

Had an appt Weds Aug 10th at 3: 30, I kept in contact that I would be late due to transportation issues and place was closed by the time I got there. The person messaged me at 3: 57 telling me to go to the door, when I did the door was already locked.
