On November 29th, around 1530 in Marion, Ohio one of your vehicles carrying a Chevy SVU cut me off on E Center Street while I was on my way to work, your driver swerved into my lane and almost hit me with the vehicle they were towing. The driver then gave me a dirty look, I had slammed on my brakes and went around them, they then proceeded to try to speed up to me.

Absolutely ridiculous service. 20 minutes on the phone with an automated system that solves nothing. If you’re lucky enough to get to an actual human being, they don’t help much either.

Absolutely AWFUL towing company. If you care about your car AT ALL do NOT use them. Completely unprofessional and rude. If you value anything within the vehicle do NOT use them. They are thieves and don’t respect your vehicle at all. Find literary anyone else for business.

My car was repoed (due to me losing my job which led to nonpayment), DESPITE me being in contact with my loan distributor.

When I realized the car was being towed EARLY IN THE MORNING, I requested to take out my belongings and was denied access!

I picked my car up from the freaking CAR AUCTION and my vehicle is completley cleared out, down to my childs car seat, legal documents, license plate many more items! Mind you I have SCREENSHOTS, OF ME MESSAGING THEM IN THE MORNING ASKING FOR MY BELONGINGS AND IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN EMPTIED AND THAT THEY HAD MY BELONINGS!

Mind you I have screenshots because there customer service is TEXT ONLY, (who does that) ? ! So now its 1600 and the bank finally tells me who has my items and lo and behold, Its them. I meassage them and they gave me options but obviously I HAVE TO ASK SOMEONE TO TAKE OFF OF WORK BECAUSE THEIR HRS OF OPERATION ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH AND I DONT HAVE A CARSEAT OR LICENSE PLATE!

I MESSAGE THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND AM TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAVE BOOKED ONLINE! IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED EVER THROUGH TEXTS OR VIA PHONE! NOW I HAVE TO ASK AGAIN ON MONDAY FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE OFF WORK TO HELP ME. I AM BEYOND LIVID!

THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING A ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION THAT MUCH MORE STRESSFUL. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR NOT WORKING WITH ME AT ALL. I WILL DO MY BEST TO HAVE THEIR BUSINESS INVESTIGATED TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE SAME STRESS AND HEARTACHE I AM EXPERIENCING. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS REGULATION AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERES A REASON IT HAS LESS THAN TWO STARS AND NO ITS NOT BECAUSE THEY TOW VEHICLES. ITS DUE TO SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will do my very best to expose and clean it up. Yall messed with the right one. Thank you.

They stole money from my car. The lot is not huge, and they were gone for 10 minutes “getting my car. ” They dropped my car off to the front and left quickly. The money in my glovebox is gone. The quarters I keep in the handle of my driver door were gone. The glasses compartment is now empty. My brakes were also messed up from the way they towed it.

Thank you so much for stealing my son's speaker I got him for Christmas. You could have stole any of my tools any of my harnesses, Any of my wrenches any of my audio turnarounds, OBD2 scanner, or my cologne and several other valuable items. ANYTHING other than my speaker. Me and my dad showed up there and even HELPED a man that lived 3 miles away and his car was broken down get his car back home! My dad drove 8 miles there and back to return a C-WRENCH that WE borrowed from the lot guys to help an innocent man and his car and kid get home! We brought back your C-Wrench only to find out that they stole my sons JBL speaker! I'll be making several reports.even one of theft! Thank you for being low lifes.my son has been saying "speaker speaker where's my speaker daddy? " Great job!

This place is horrible! They stole money and change out my car, ripped cords out of speaker equipment.de-faced the drive way trying to get the car and tore up the grass.you can’t contact them.you can’t ahold of a real person. If you got your car taken from you. GOOD LUCK!

My car was towed by this company due to none payment. I made an appointment to get my belongings. They clean out the vehicles. Which I was okay with at first. However, once I got home and went through everything I found that a few things had been stolen from me. The items were $10 cash, arkansas shot glass, fabric I was going to use to make my newborn nephew a blanket, and the newest Spiderman dvd. All things they didn't think we'd miss. You also aren't allowed to check your vehicle at all. They will tell you they will double check. They also could care less about your belonging because the broke my incense burner. They throw everything inside large black lawn and leaf type bags. Hope you never have to deal with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
