They need to get their payroll right because my pay is never right and now they say they will fix it and I would be paid by the time they closed but I still haven't received anything from them yet so I guess people work and don't get paid now.smh I'm just baffled by how they do things.

I absolutely love this company, never been with a temp agency and reliable was my first experience, and I absolutely love it because it! They never fail you, always has one available the next day! I especially want to point out a very nice woman who works there, her name is Rochelle, I absolutely love the way she works with this company, she goes above and beyond for her clients and stays on top of it to make sure that they're satisfied, she is the only one I would honestly recommend, very polite, very patient with you, understanding and always there when needed, I give this woman a five-star! If anyone is looking for work I highly suggest going to reliable staffing, I'm talking about the Westside branch, it's so worth it especially if you look for Rochelle!

I am writing this review to give my professional opinion on the services provided to my company by the good folks at Reliable staffing. I run a multimillion dollar operation in the Columbus area, and occupy 4 separate locations. When we started a particular project for one of our largest clients, I was desperate for 30 or more people to come in, learn the job, and keep up with our clients demands. My contact, Tania, had literally sent 20 people in one shot, which by the way, are all still here after a year and a half. I have reached out to Reliable for every position throughout our company from LTL trackers, Inventory control, Verifiers, and forklift operators. They have never let me down to this day! I also have reviews in my company as well, and sometimes it almost works against you no matter how well you handled any given situation, but we all know you can't make everyone happy. I am one customer that is more than happy, and would have no problem passing this company off to whoever might need staffing. I have a great reputation in my field, so I don't just throw companies around unless I know they are solid. Thank you Team Reliable for all you do for my fast growing business, way to keep up!
