Let me tell y'all My experience with Reliance First Capital was super Amazing! Ndae Radwan, Alexandra McGuire and their team let me tell y'all Super amazing. They help my family so much! I was with Nation Lending and let me tell y'all they lied they lack communication etc! They almost made me lose my HOME! But Ndae and her team stepped in like Heros and Helped my Family and I Save our Dream Forever Home! I thank God so much for them and now we are in or forever dream Family home! Ndae & her team never gave up on us and we are so Grateful!

I worked with Rachel Andrew on my refi cashout. I am not fond of doing things by phone or internet but she made the transition pretty painless. Avoid using big national corporations for pest inspections. Terminix almost derailed my closing date. She and the team are pretty responsive and she does check in almost everyday. They were very innovative with their plans. They kept me on my current track with 21 years remaining and refinanced with a 21 year plan. Others have tried to duplicate the numbers but fell short. Everything is upfront and honest and very accurate. My initial numbers were my final numbers. I would recommend working with reliance and with Rachel.
