Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.

I will tell you some thing that travel agents do not want you to know about. When reserving places use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They have the best deals on resorts! Much better than using expedia, tripadvisor, hotwire. No doubt about that!

I was here for a holiday staff party and it was amazing. They had panko breaded artichoke balls that were incredible. Seriously get them if you are hosting an event. The salmon with whipped potatoes and snap peas was probably one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had. The staff was professional and polite.

Where do you go before a football game? We enjoyed lunch at the Renaissance before going to watch the Chiefs play. It was quiet, just us, nine of us sitting in the restaurant before the game. Bloody Mary's, -delish, soup, pizza, and the BEST French fries ever! Thank you for taking such good care of us before the game. We left with our bellies full and ready to face the furious weather conditions.brrr!

Great hotel, GREAT staff, & very clean! Great location for entertainment. I would have given 5 stars but it was lots of noise outside, all night long & no parking garage nearby. The closet parking garage was a block away that was $21/night or you can valet for $42/night.

Restaurant quality great but more choices on appetizers would be great due to locstion to stadium and Reds museum.

Front desk employees were nice and really helpful plus the valet parking guy was very helpful and answered all my questions perfect

Hotel was beautiful! Check in went smooth, very nice gentleman. The room was clean and comfortable. We went to the lounge for a couple of drinks. I ordered a double shot neat of Captain Morgan but their pour was actually only one and a half shot. Not cool! When we left and picked up our car through the valet it smelled like pot inside. Things in the trunk were all throwed to one side and my disabled plaquered was under front passenger seat not on driver side visor. I'm thinking they were doing some rough driving in our car.

After driving 3 hours to check in, we were notofied that they were busy and we could not check in til 8: 00pm if we didn't pay $200 more
Even tho our conf #email shows check in at 4pm

Awful experience. Paid $700 for 1 night. Got there at 4: 30pm, had to wait until 6: 00pm to get in our room, no comp of any sort. Left the next morning and had to wait 20 mins for valet to get our car. Wasn’t worth $200, let alone $700…

Overnight trip to Cincy…wanted a hotel close to downtown. On hotels app this was the cheapest ($179+fees—>$200). I called and asked them for a better rate, they couldn’t give one. The lobby is exquisite. Our check in was friendly and without issue. Pro tip: don’t valet for $40, instead download the SpotHero app and find a nearby parking spot for $10. We walked up to our room on 14th floor…beautiful but terrible view and a weird mildew aroma. Called front desk and they were very kind and quickly moved us to another room on the same floor (including delivering the keys). So I was grateful for that. Our new room smelled better, had a better view and was more spacious. We laughed because the toilet seat lid was for a smaller sized toilet…‍️ Overall a good experience. Close to everything! We brought our own electric foldable scooters and explored the city. Customer service was very good and I slept great.

I am only leaving one star because I don't have the option to leave zero. I will never be staying in this hotel again. The rooms were not what was advertised on the website. Once we got to the hotel we were given the wrong room and had to dispute the mistake at the front desk. They changed our room only for us to find out they had given us the exact same room just on a higher floor. They told us we had free complimentary breakfast with the vouchers they gave us at check in. We ordered breakfast and gave the man the breakfast vouchers only to find out they had charged our credit card for the breakfast anyway. We called to dispute the charge and they said there was a mistake and they would refund the money in 2 days. It's been 3 days and we still don't have our money. Now 3 days later we find out our bank account is overdrawn because they CHARGED US TWICE FOR ONE NIGHT. They told us our room would be $465 including valet which was fine. Thats what we signed up for. Now we are seeing that they charged our account $559 not once BUT TWICE. How can you consider yourself an upscale hotel with some of the greatest experiences in the city with business practices like these. We have contacted multiple times to no avail. The man on the phone was very condescending and made no effort to right the wrong. So now we have countacted our bank to put a stop payment on ALL charges made to our account by this hotel. If you want your money you can contact me and give me the proper charges. Once my money is put BACK in my account you may recieve what you are ACTUALLY owed. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves and I will be sure to tell anyone who would like to know.

Dirty elevators, no breakfast until 7, humid rooms with bathrooms that don't have fans. It is nice, but a few changes would help a lot.

This is a great little hide away. Never even knew it was there. Fairly extensive menu, service was good but there were not a lot of people there. The bar looks like a nice place for a quiet drink.

Sub par experience in downtown CIncy. I think our room was about $220, and when we arrived it was chaos. There were 3 weddings going on and it took 10 minutes to even valet park for $42. We intentionally arrived at 4pm check in time and couldn't get into our room until about 35 minutes later. Had an $8 beer while we waited. Room service shut down 1 hour earlier than indicated on the room service menu, and when I went down for breakfast, I was told it would be a 25 minute wait to get a seat at the half full restaurant. Room was clean and nice but for a loose toilet seat, I just would have expected better overall service for a 4 star room on a random Saturday. The hotel workers were generally pleasant if short staffed.

We were staying at the Hilton and had such a horrible experience we checked out and went to the Renaissance and it was perfect. Everything is was supposed to be. I'll be going back to the Renaissance for all of our stays in Cincinnati from now on.
