Normally. Management at a rental complex doesn't care for their people, just their bottom line. That's not the case here at ReNew 3902. Lauren and her staff, care deeply for their residents and community. I saw the management team helping a resident with his car, listening to people and fixing problems quickly and correctly.

When my mom and I came to look at the place, we fell in love with it. Grabby is great and helpful, we moved in and that when I lost my job. Looking for another job as my mom and I facing eviction and I finally got a job and started working again, so I did what people to do is call the front office and try to get on a payment plan so my mom and i can keep a roof over our head. Miss Lauren DID NOT CALL ME BACK AT ALL. That is really unprofessional which i called a left a message and called today again (Monday) and was still waiting for her call back. It seems that she dont care at all. All she told my mom was to call Saint Vincent de Paul and they were no help at all. I email a lot of people that can help with rent but no response. Now I feel like a failure to not keeping a roof over my mom and I heads

They have done a bunch of work around the place "upgrading" the whole apartment I was visiting had 1 washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. My friends 80 year old grandmas been complaining for months. 3 times they have came and fixed the problem and it's never actually worked. They even brought new machines without a card reader. People let the dogs poop everywhere and don't clean it up. The rent is way higher than it should be. I would never rent here. Even the remodeled apartments have bad craftsmanship and cheap materials. For 1200$ a month I would expect more.

It is a wonderful place! The best home for me and my daughter! It's a great neighborhood! The best thing is the tranquility and the large number of trees! Peace feels

PLEASE READ. If you're going to pay 1100-1400 for an apartment don't do it here. This is the worst apartment complex. No pool, no workout center, no sidewalks, no kids park, the bandaids like paint and blacktop (the new owners put instead of fixing actual problems) are already starting to tear and flake, no studs in the wall to hang a tv, when it gets hot there's a huge gnat and fly problem. In certain buildings you either have washers and dryers that are broke, or just not installed. Management. That's a whole paragraph itself. They treat the people that work for them like trash, doesn't matter if you pay rent or not they stick an eviction notice on your door every month. Trust and believe there's more but I named the main ones. Just look at other places then compare them to this. You'll find here that you get less even though you pay the same here that you would down the street. I gave it too much credit with one star if I'm being honest. Would recommend a tent over this place

I took a tour with renews’s leasing agent Gabrielle today and she was extremely helpful and kind! She answered every question I could think of! And was extremely informative! The apartment she toured with me was beautiful and in very good condition! Gabrielle definitely made making such a scary big first step for a young adult looking for her first apartment like me a very comfortable and welcoming experience! Looking forward to living somewhere with such good energy and kind people!

I like the amount of trees nearby and the shade, it's cozy.

The neighbors seem really nice here. They really care and want to help each other.

Came to look at an apartment. Spoke with the Maintenance men Justin and Chad. They took time out of their busy day to answer some questions for me. Seems like a great place to live.

Had a wonderful visit with grandson at his new apartment the apartment is very nice with very nice neighborhood.

Quietest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. 4-5 months in and I have not been disturbed by anyone or anything one single time. Office staff is so fast to answer emails, questions, or concerns. Five star complex for sure!

Justine and Chad are the best! Everytime ive ever needed any kind of maintenance done they are on it. Professional and helpful no matter what problem arises!
