He was personable and very much interested in answering any questions I might have had. It was a good experience and my expectation is that the rest of the project will be as well done as this step was.

We have been working with Renewal by Anderson of Cincinnati to replace windows in our home. After many positive recommendations of this company by neighbors, family, and friends, we decided it was time to invest in new windows. We have been extremely pleased with the professional experts at Renewal by Anderson and now look forward to receiving our new windows! I called to set up an appointment, they gave a date and time and them they called a day before to cancel. Then they called me many times to set up another appointment and at the second appointment the never show up, and never call. This is not professional.

Absolutely overpriced. They wanted approx $2700 per window based on my calculations. They won’t even provide a detailed quote, so had to figure that out for myself.
Neighbor got all windows and front door replaced for $26k same house style, so about $1000 per window with a different major company.
I didn’t think much of the salesperson. I would never do business with this company based on the salesperson attitude alone. Let alone the exorbitant pricing.

Ryan was very professional and did a good job of making sure of the measurements for my new windows and patio door and of explaining and verifying everything with me.

Two trim boards were cracked at install on my sliding doors. In addition, two threshold pieces were supposed to be installed because the door does not reach the carpet. I have called them about a dozen times and left messages. I received one return message. Finally, on 10/8, someone picked up their phone and scheduled someone to come out on 10/10 @ 430 pm. They were a "no show". Pathetic.

Overall the quality seems good and the installation went Well. The hole for the secondary floor lock was misaligned and we are waiting for the repair to be made. It is scheduled to be done on October 26.

From the exterior the windows look amazing, however very disappointed in the interior appearance. Never was it discussed with us at the consultation or the measuring appointment that these custom made windows for our home, that were a large financial investment, would not fit perfectly in our 30 year old house. I feel like we were mislead by our salesperson. It was never explained to us that almost every window would need a piece, or several pieces, of trim added, which looks like a piece of plastic, calked on to fill gaps. Some windows have just a piece across the top, which can be hidden behind a blind, but some across the bottom, many on 3 sides of the window. Most of the trim pieces are 1 inch width, although on a few windows its 2 inch strips. The trim matches the window, but it is obvious to the eye that it is an added piece because the window did not fit. One of the trim pieces came loose and has been repaired and behind it was a 1/4 gap with no visible insulation. Also, most of the windows have open drill holes with no screws in them, which was also explained to me later that not all the drill holes are needed to secure the window and the installation team determines which holes to use to secure the windows. The holes cannot be capped, except on the sliders, because that would keep the windows from opening and closing properly. One last complaint is how sloppy the calking was mainly just on the basement windows. They responded quickly to my concerns, sent someone out to look at and discuss with us. They assured me that the windows were measured correctly and are properly insulated. They explained that houses settle resulting in the window openings no longer being perfectly rectangular like the window. Disappointed that we were not given any other options during the process to make them more eye appealing such as actual wood trim molding, which I am told is to late now. Extremely disappointed that I feel the need to cover all my windows with window treatments after spending so much money.

Not only did I get the best product in the industry, but the process was seamless from beginning to end-great financing options, patient salesman (I always have a lot of questions!), a service representative that kept me apprised of each step to the friendly and professional installation team. One of the new screens had a tear. The installer told me he had let Andersen know to replace it. Lo and behold, the service rep called me the next day to let me know that the new screen was in process and she would give me a call to let me know when it would arrive! Best customer service ever! Highly recommend.

Matt was at my home today and finished the work on my Andersen windows. The finishing work on my windows was not completed correctly when they were installed. Matt previously came to my home and identified which windows had to be corrected. His work was extremely satisfactory and meticulous. He was very professional and I truly appreciated his work ethic and the fact that he truly wanted to leave with an extremely satisfied customer. Matt is definitely a 10 on the customer satisfaction scale. Thank you Matt.

I found 5 screens for my windows did not fit when I was ready to install them for the spring thru fall. Matt came out and agreed. Then ordered replacement s. Matt also found one of my patio doors was warped. Matt reordered a new one. No charge!
Matt with Renewal Customer service is Awesome! He really looked after me the consumer.

The windows are fantastic. During this hot spell have had to raise the A/C temp 2 degrees due to our home becoming to cold.
All the Andersen folks were really good natured, friendly and most important professional and know their product and services.

Once I made the call a representative called me back right away and made and appointment. The day she came she brought samples of the windows and how they were built. This was one of the reasons I chose Andersen. I like how they used recycled materials to make the frames.
The installation went really well and the men who cames were very respectful and explained how they were going to install the windows. It took 2 days because I also had 2 patio doors replaced. This was a wonderful decision, now that they are in I see a world of difference. Everything was cleaned up and left just like it was befor they started. They did a great job. I am very happy with everything in the process of getting new windows.

We are totally satisfied with our replacement windows. The whole consultation through installation experience was very professional and the end result beautifully enhanced our home.
