Renhill HR On Demand, Toledo OH

This company is trash it use to be a good company not anymore don’t have any good paying jobs they’re employees are uneducated and the supervisor is trash as well. They send you places and when you get there the company does not even like Renhill they said Renhill is unprofessional!

I wanted to give a shout out to Sarah for helping me get this job on such short notice and right before the holidays too! This is surely a lifesaver and I am greatly appreciative of it!

Carrie is really nice but other than that this place is a mess I can never get through I always get sent to a voicemail once Carrie transfer me over no one ever calls me back I call/email Regina a thousand times she never replies anymore I even inboxed them on Facebook it’s terrible here now!

They are not good at returning phone calls, you have to keep calling them in order to get in touch with them. They need to improve in there response time

Front desk lady’s phenomenal! However the account holders have horrible attitudes and no ambition to do their job.

The are really mean. I asked for a job i have 4 years experience in and they wont give me the job. It clearly says experience PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. I have the experience so why wont you give me the job. Its simple tell the client i want the job and make them give it to me like youre supposed to do. Do not ignore my calls this is why people hate your services.

Mary Kane is definitely unprofessional. The assignment she sent me on, that I thought was just gonna be a little bit clerical work, u know answer phones, schedule people, a little bit of paper, etc. It was not that and completely different, alot of stuffed I was supposed to be trained beforehand and wasn't. The office people was trying to figure out what I she do, since I couldn't login on certain stuff because it was part of the assignment, etc

I was let go with Renhill place with Argus was texted Monday stating I was no longer need for Argus and as I said to call the company to see why I was let go been calling just to see why cause Argus needed people to have someone from Renhill text me this what's the reason den u got people in there come watching over us but who watching over the people the people who suppose to watch us cause they ain't always right and do wrong just as anyone else you got where they instead of taking u to the side and talk they talk about your personal business before others no respect for the workers or care about privacy

I had an interview, I accidentally locked my cars keys in my trunk. Then I busted my own window so I could open the trunk and not be late to my interview just to be told they "have no position to fit my profile"
I see we still live in an 1619 environment here in this country. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even a criminal.
They make it so hard for Black people to just simply find work and support their family.
But why though?

I have been using Renhills services for about 2 months now. I was able to be placed with a job that provided me good income and a steady work schedule until I found something that aligned with my career path. Sarah Boykin was my case manager and I was extremely satisfied with her! She was responsive, professional and incredibly understanding. She set me up for success and checked in along the way. When I decided to be taken off assignment she was supportive and handled everything. I recommend Renhill over most of the other temp agencies in Toledo.

Worked with Mary Kane to find an assignment, when it was decided that it wouldnt best suit me do to possible attendance issues in the future, she began to get very emotional and have an attitude, including rushing me off the phone. This shouldn't represent Renhill I've never had a bad experience with this company until now.

Receptionist was rude all I wanted to know is if they drug test and if it was mouth swap or piss test so my son didn't waste anyone time

Very unprofessional. They are an absolute mess. Communication is awful and if you actually follow proper procedures that they put in place you still recieve attitude. I'm new to n.w. Ohio and have never used a staffing service in this area but if renhill is a representation of how staffing services are up here.then damn!
