Such a scam for their merchandise. You end up paying almost 4-6 times what the product is actually worth and it’s 99% of the time already used not to mention The worst customer service EVER! Debt collectors have better customer service skills!

Took forever to get the item! Tried to charge me more than I was originally told. They do not want to give you paperwork!

I Have rented multiple items from r2o as long as you're prompt and willing to pay on time I advise picking out that perfect item to take home. Tell them jon davenport sent you and see if you qualify for a deal! Its that easy. So what are you waiting for stop in and see your friends at your local rent to own. Wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible. They have to be breaking some sort of laws. Thinking about contacting a lawyer.

R2O always have the products I want at great prices.
If they don't have a product you want. They will do their best to get it for you. They can get just about anything you want.
They also will bend over backwards go beyond what they say they can do to help any customer. All you have to do is ask for the help you need.
I have to thank our manager Chris for his recent help. Before I had surgery and needed to skip a payment. He did everything he could, to make sure that I only had to make a minimum payment.

Neighboring build had an oven delivered, to do so the truck parked illegally and blocked me in for 30+ minutes. Incredibly frustrating

Honestly if I could I would give this place no stars. I have had a account with them going one almost four months. We got a washer and dryer through them and the lady who stayed are account was rushing us the whole time and was not listening to what we needed. So we go sent the wrong dryer three days after opening the account dec 4th we called them back the day after when we realized we got the wrong dryer. So they said they ordered it on dec 15th so we wait till Jan 4th to call and get an update to find out the same lady would ordered the wrong dryer never placed the order. So they said they would place the order. Called back again on the Jan 18th two week after that to find out that they still didn’t order the dryer and the lady caught an attitude over the fact of us calling trying to get this fixed. The manager of the store said we would have the dryer on the 1st of feb so we called on the 3rd to find out it was going to be another three weeks. While this is all going on we are paying for this washer and dryer we can not use. We ask the lady to set up a time to come pick up the washer and dryer till the get the new one and we where told we would need to pay a fee for them to take the time out of their day to come get it. Those where her exact words too. So be careful when placing your order make sure they don’t rush you because we have spent why to much money one a washer and dryer we can’t use and going back an fourth to a laundry mat

I have been a customer for many years. They have always done whatever it took to get me the items that I wanted. Whether they had to special order it or call around to other locations they have always come through for me.

They are the utmost helpful ppl I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting! No matter what you need or want they can get it. They are always so happy and cheerful. I love my Rent to Own ppl ️️

Amazing! A piece of furniture I wanted was posted on FB. I live in Milton, WV and did everything over the phone. They sent many pics and answered all my questions. I paid over the phone and they delivered FREE! Even tho I'm so far away! I was so very pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish!

I love the Athen's Rent-2 own and all the staff they will help you in any way they can I fell behind on a few payments during this pandemic and they worked with me until I was able to get caught up thank you for all you guys do

Durning this hard time I was told I was being “worked with” on payments. Once I got some money I offered to just pay my whole balance when I asked my balance it was higher then the last time I asked. Come to find out they were racking on late fees this whole time. That were they “working with” me on? I know late fees is probably where they get a lot of their money but you would think durning this hard time we would have some sort of break. I’ve been a customer there for years I will no longer be a customer. Might I add, they picked up the bed today.no masks

Has the best friendly people working who will help you out with what ever you are looking for and gets you the best deals

As a business sometimes you never know what can happen in life. In our case we needed an item that we didn't quite have enough money in one lump payment. We spoke with merissa and Shannon and they walked us through many items and how they operated. After much deliberation we chose an item and we couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks Athens Rent-2-Own.

Me and my husband have been using this store for years and have never had a problem with this store. We have gotten many items from them (some new and some used) and we love them all. Anytime I have a problem with any of the merchandise, they are more than willing to help me and resolve the problem. I have never payed for something that didn't work or was not what I wanted. I have been treated with nothing but respect by all of the employees and I would recommend this store to anyone and will continue to use it in the future.
