RENT-2-OWN Chillicothe

I'd give this place no stars if I could. They've lied and sent my account into collections over 93 dollars that I gave them a set date I was paying, which is already paid off or so i thought now mark my words theyll blow my phone up again over the last 2 dollars and some change i owe on my account. Even sent me a letter saying that I refused to keep in contact even though I have a call log AND text messages to prove otherwise! I was LATE on payments a few times due to covid and then my partners health declining (pay out of pocket for medications and DR visits) after giving them updates on everything they still borderline harassed us.they were real cool at first, but having to continuously repeat myself and getting my phone blown up over they're miscommunications/misunderstandings and then, lying, I grew to be a complete a-hole to them and I don't even feel bad about it! I don't recommend this place at all and believe something shady is going on at this point and I really do hope that place goes out if business. Dealing with such unprofessionalism for well over 6 months has been a nightmare and I'm glad to no longer be doing business with this place.

The two gentlemen that delivered my washer and dryer were excellent mannerable and easy to work with. They got the job done pretty fast and efficient.

The delivery guys, Wyatt and Drehly, done an outstanding job with picking our refrigerator up to get it fixed. They were very professional and had intuitive service five star service kings

Sold us a junk ps5 refused to warranty it even though I completely paid it off in less than 12 months (1500$ down the toilet) claims there was liquid damage which they told us about when they sold it to us and said if it goes bad from it they would replace it but they refused to replace the broken item they sold us if I could give zero stars I would

I purchased a desk from them a few months ago. Since then I have become injured, and I haven't been able to move it. I work from home so it's important to have my desk. Tanner volunteered to come move it after his day at work on his own time! They are awesome, almost everything in my house is from R2O and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a television and it was a lot bigger than I had thought, Kole was so helpful in the process and he even delivered it to my house, set it up and took the box and trash with him. Great customer service, highly recommend!

David and Wyatt gave us wonderful service bringing our new fridge in and setting it up, helped us with tips on getting the old fridge out and taking it apart! I absolutely recommend super amazing group here in Chillicothe ohio!

Dave and Drehly were excellent today in delivering my power recliner they have great personalities they're very professional they get the job done.

Great people to work with I just wish they'd offer ways to pay through an app or text so you don't have to call if the website isn't working or you forget your agreement number. Also, they should have something in place for anyone who might fall behind 1-3 weeks as life does happen and every company should have something to offer to help them stay a customer/client.

Great place to get nice stuff for cheap. All the people that work there is great they are so nice and help you get what you are looking for.

On 3/11/2023 in the morning, I went to fix breakfast for my family and smelled electric. I unplugged my stove and pulled it from the wall and noticed my wall looked to be charred and started to freak. Anyway I called my landlord/electrician to have him come take a look to make sure that our electric was good. He showed up kind of late around 6: 30pm or so and come to find out it wasn't our electric it was our stove, the wires were very loose and the whole back part was melted where the wires go in. I freaked out, but called Jennifer Easter, manager of rent 2 own here in Chillicothe after hours, on a Saturday night and this wonderful lady went and got me a brand new stove and delivered it to my house. Her and her husband Sam who also works at rent 2 own brought it in and hooked it up and made sure that everything was in working order. They did not leave my house until almost 9pm. They honestly didn't need to do that, I told them that it was okay and that I could wait until Monday morning for a new stove, but she insisted and told me that I could not go without a stove all weekend long. She really made me a priority and made sure that we were all safe and well taken care of! I love the Chillicothe Rent 2 Own. They are amazing people. Thank you guys so much for everything that you do!

They are all great people would highly recommend renting from them they really care about you

Chillicothe r2o is horrible they took my washer and dryer told me when i could get the money in to them i would get the same set back come to find out they have already rented them out and now i have a set that has been used and the dryer dont even dry plus they told me $200 to get them back and i paid almost $300 for a broken dryer i thank its time i call a lawyer
