RENT-2-OWN Piqua

I ordered online and waited for a call from them. I never received it. When I contacted the chat the people was rude I had the lady in the chat telling me what store was closest to my home. I tried to tell her it wasn’t and she was rude as could be. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Have never had such rude customer service trying to purchase something from a store. Make sure you check before you buy.

Dan and Dalton helped moved my couches, washer and dryer to my very first apartment I was super nervous about it and they made it really fun and exciting

The staff here is fantastic! Above average service than anywhere else. They were so helpful in finding me what I was looking for. They sat and gave their full attention until we had what we were looking for. Love these girls! Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with rent to own! The manager and the associates were very helpful in making sure I receive the best benefits especially concerning the recent sale. I used the 50 cent sale and I also needed a laptop for a second job that i plan on getting. They used the best of their knowledge and their abilities to make sure I keep same deal. And they did. I’m only paying around $7 till November 4th for these items: couch set, rug, lamps, and a laptop! How many renting places offers this? None that I seen!

The delivery guys. I didn’t catch their names. They were extremely friendly and hard working and went above and beyond to make sure they knew and were available any time if something happened with my items and even if I moved again. 10/10.

R2O has been a smooth experience! The ladies in the store, Danielle especially has been very helpful! Shout out to Dan & Dalton for delivering my appliances that was by no means an easy delivery! (Thanks to my stupid apartment stairs) They were awesome & hard working! Would suggest this company)

Just had a drive delivered and Dan and dalton did an amazing job delivered our fridge no problems what so ever.

Dan and Dalton was great. Delivered our item on a timely manner. Set up our stove. Made sure everything worked and set the clock. Excellent service.
