I recommend rent 2 own in Wilmington oh,
I bought a bean bag chair from them and I absolutely love it.
I went through McKenzie,
And their delivery team delivered it the same day,
Anthony and Zach are amazing and very professional.

I wasn't able to make a payment on time due to electric went out ad it effected credit card machine at the town I frequented. So I can get money order n mail the payment I contacted her on Facebook as she contacted me first. To explained what had happen she got nasty with me I have shopped and bought numerous surniture appliances etc from rent to own at wilmington. She didn't believe me and accuse me of giving her a run around which is not true at all.thats poor customer service. I will not be getting anything else from this store or any other rent to own stores again she was very rude and fasley accuse me plus they took out over 200.00 without my permission or authorization To withdraw it frm my bank. By the time i found out it was to late. Now i pay with money orders.

Anthony and Zack was very professional when it came to interacting with my child who wouldn't leave them alone. Very fast and profencent with the installation. Would recommend 20 out of 10.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. I've previously purchased two gaming pc's through them, and now I'm buying a brand new Whirlpool washer/dryer set. Anthony and Zach delivered today, and everything went without a hitch! They were very professional and friendly, and were done with the entire delivery and setup in about 30 minutes!

I am paying on a riding mower. I was struggling while changing jobs so I called to have it picked up. Instead of picking it up, they offered a incredibly lower payment " for the winter " so I could still afford it. Good people!
