I ordered an appliance from Hayden (the findlay store associate) and had delivery set up, and I was lied to about delivery person (Omar) who said that no one was home when he came to deliver, but there were 4 people here, and they never came! So I had to wait another week for another delivery! Bottom line is that lying to your customers is very bad for business!

Great, friendly staff. Definitely reasonable. We love coming here. Warm atmosphere. Very clean. If you need or want to rent something come here for all the great deals.
