6I would not even give them a 1. My roommate bought a bed that was supposedly new. Well it was not and my roommate can't climb stairs to see for himself. Springs were popping on the sides and I weigh about 160 lbs. I tried to explain to my roommate and my back got so bad he called. They said a 4 month old mattress was just wear and tear. Im grown and don't jump on a bed and I'm not heavy enough to break down a mattress in that amount of time. I'm the only one who slept on it. I personally would never never buy a mattress from them but they really ripped my roommate off and he is disabled so he can't test it out himself. I
The employee Bobby there is great and kinda cute. He is kind and willing to work with you. "Unless its getting his number" lol. I have rented here for a little over 3 years.very grate customer service as long as you pay your bill on time. But let's be honest if you cant afford to pay then dont rent in the first place.
Just save ya money not worth want me to pay but my bed is broken and no one wants to fix it. Guy installed it at night mad because they were sent to the wrong address an hour from me and put it in wrong and was squeaking forever until the little screws gave in should never have in 4 months
Edit came and fixed so called but didn’t drill the slats so now squeaky and really scared to even lay in bed honestly are a joke
The employees were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. Went in to get a computer, 15 mins I walked out with said computer and a smile. Will go again
Awesome service they are always nice they always give good products never have had bad service 10 out of 10
Very inconsiderate about waiting 4 days for a payment when someone has been off due to having Covid! Oh and they threaten to break into your house to take items back again over 4 days! Ridiculous!
