My experience with this company has been terrible overall, furniture broke within the month we got it, now we are two weeks behind on payments and offered to make a payment with what we had and they wouldn’t accept anything other than the full amount and this company continues to send goons to my house to threaten us and scare my kids by telling them that if mommy and daddy don’t make their payment they are going to go to jail, I have filed a civil suit against the company for harassment and price gouging with the attorney generals office, and the federal trade they are two of the rudest people I have ever dealt with In my entire life
In April I got a motorized chair and it’s June 17th and there is a horrible bed bug infestation

Well I hate to say it but if Jody is not there your not getting any respect. He should be running a region. Time is money. I called at 10 am to say I was home ok we'll see what we can do didn't ask my name where I lived or anything hung up on me my delivery window was four to six. Called again at 3: 00 to see what a realistic time frame was said 5: 00 call at 6: 55 before they closed is like I was the bad guy told them to come pick up everythingI don't feel like I should be the one calling them when they're late they should be the one calling me I guess that's customer service for you nowadays. So disappointed especially since I've been dealing with them for years
Rude customer service! And a rip off have been calling for weeks for them to turn off auto pay and they said they could not do it that we have to call acceptance and we have called a lot and no answer and my bf called them again back to rent a center and guess what now they can take it off them self! They are all about money and can’t do nothing to try to help a person that out of town!
