Call to make sure they had a tv in stock to pick up at noon then got there at 6pm and they didn’t even have it they said they couldn’t get it till the next day what a joke

I called to report that I had a tenant eviction who had household items owned by Rent-A-Center. I made sure that they received their property back. The staff was very appreciative and prompt!? ️
When I asked for help I'm switching credit card they couldn't help me over the phone they told me I had to do it online. And all she said was if I did it online, I explained that I did it on the phone not internet, she then went on to say that she could not help me. She didn't even bother to say let me try to help you! Just rude over all.
Chuck is awesome! Everytime I have been looking for something specific or a specific brand he has gotten me what I wanted. I won't go anywhere else for my furniture needs.
