3Hardcore harassment from both phone calls and store representatives coming to my home. Even if it’s only a day late they continue to call once if not twice a day and come to my home everyday
This place is trash. I had a employee come to my home and when I did not answer the door they tried to enter my home turning my door knob. I don’t even have an account with rent a center. Someone who lives in my home does. Then a letter was put in my door after a complete pay off was made saying that the account holder should be fearful and not take the letter lightly as there were going to be serious repercussions if the $13 balance was not paid.
Well the associates are so nice they explain everything I need to know in details. So I was very satisfied with my visit today.
