Melissa is EXCELLENT! Every time I'm in need I always get the best service.
Originally scheduled my delivery for Saturday 4/15/2023. Called in and they told me it was for Monday 4/17 and they couldn't deliver it today. So now I had to reschedule for 4/21. And they were not able to offer me anything for the inconvenience it caused me
We went in to see about options to purchase a couch without renting. Byron was super-helpful! He didn’t have anything in stock for us, so he called 2 other stores and found exactly what we needed. Great customer service!
The manager Mylissa is a spiteful and arrogant person. She has tried to limit what I can purchase even though I was approved for more than I was trying to purchase. She even decided to try and make my contract invalid after I had paid and signed the paperwork. She is a rude and disrespectful person that has been horrible through text message, but mainly showed her arrogance through an unsolicited phone call. I have never been spoken to like that before by a person that was supposed to be trying to get my money. I don’t understand how this person is even employed by your company, let alone is an actual store manager. I have blocked the number that she called from so that I no longer need to hear anything from her again. I hope that someone takes some action to deal directly with her actions.
The last location dealt with was horrible rude didn't know jow tontreat or speak to people
This store is a joke! They set me up for autopay without my permission, then when I called them and told them I needed it canceled so I could log in online later to add the correct card for autopay they told me they couldn’t. Bullcrap. So instead of making my payment I am going to drop my equipment off and go somewhere else. What a joke. Maybe to avoid losing customers in the future you should explain you have an autopay policy and ASK THE CUSTOMER what card they want to use for autopay. Never again.
