8Crystal helped me with an issue with my TV I ordered, loved how she was so quick to fix my issue and say how sorry she was. There was a rude guy tho who messed up my order but she was by far so amazing!
I had to call my like local store to set up a payment agreement an the store manager was very rude. I have been asking for several weeks to have my payment days switched from weekly to bi weekly with no success. I was told that my payments were switched, but they were not.
I love the beautiful service the young lady Crystal do with your customers. She is a really sweet lady and I love everything about her the way she treated customers the way she talk to the customers. Yeah I got a really good employer there.
The Management is horrible especially the Girl I won't say her name but she needs to be retrained in how to speak to her customers.
They are the ABSOLUTE worst. They say lie and blame it on “miscommunication” they are rude. They don’t deliver on time and won’t call when they are running late. Their “customer service” is a joke. If I could give a negative star rating they would get negative 5 stars
I would have given a 5 start but the reality of it is they need to chill out on the phone calls. If your bill isn't due till Saturday they shouldn't be calling until Monday honestly. But other than that extremely friendly, fast delivery, communicative, and understanding.
Sharon always helped me. Never had a problem, if I did (many years ago) Sharon took care of it.
