These people are a nightmare. When I first got my bedroom suit I was asked what day I wanted to make my payment on and they did the complete opposite. I had an encounter with the Manager here and she was very rude. They will not work with you to switch your pay frequency and when you are finally into your payments they change how much your supposed to pay. Don't rent from these people take your money else where.

The manager there is so rude and disrespectful. So is some of the employees. The manager definitely needs to be fired. He should not be allowed to yell, scream, and threaten customers over a payment being 2 days late! I will be calling cooperate about this to file a complaint.
Aaron’s was a nightmare to deal with. RAC on Morse Rd has been fantastic and easygoing. We know we pay more for our items going through them but it’s affordable payments over time, delivery and friendly staff. RAC will continue to get our business long term.
By far the worst service i've ever gotten, time and time again. If i hadn't been so close to the end of the payments i wouldn't even bother to mess with RAC anymore.
