I thought my tablet might not be worth the cost of finding the problem and repairing it. The tech found and fixed it quickly. The experience couldn’t have been better.

They took care of my compromised computer and removed malware etc.quickly. The staff were very friendly.

RepairIt is Not transparent with their level of urgency. I work around my PC and it’s taking two-weeks to replace a part I told them needed replaced. I may reconsider my review once the repair is completed, but so-far I have not been impressed with customer service.

I called Dustin today asking about an alert for malware on my computer. He was able to solve my issue in minutes. Dustin was very helpful, and I highly recommend him and his staff at repairIT.

Absolutely phenomenal service from all three guys that I worked with, both in person and over the phone. I had constant updates with my custom PC issues, and they were friendly and helpful every step of the way. I have only ever built 2 computers, and only one by myself, and these guys really knocked it out of the park with their help.even beyond the computer, they know how to connect with people and aren't just robots speaking in foreign terms to confuse people like a lot of tech places. I have already told them myself, I will be coming back as soon as I have any PC problems again.

Took my laptop into best buy, they said they couldn't fix it and that I could either send it back to the manufacturer and pay 100 or try this spot, brought it here paid 65 bucks and was in and out in 20 min
