2Was the best Trash service we have had until we moved, new cans took over 3 weeks too get. We finally received them, put them out for Thursday pickup, only the recycling was picked up. I called Thursday at 4pm to report it she told me it would be tomorrow the driver forgot to get my home. So Friday at 330pm I called to let them know it’s still there and she said it was scheduled and would have the supervisor call me. Still waiting on him too call and it’s Tuesday. Called again Monday and just now Tuesday and they keep telling me it’s going to be picked up. It’s so frustrating and now we have received HOA complaints on the can and smell. So it’s time to move onto Rumpke. I thought I was a valued customer.
Good facility and a good price but their hours are bad. Opening at 8 AM for a company that works with the construction industry? Whatever happened to the early bird catching the worm?
