WORST waste services and awful customer service. Every time the drivers come down my street, they leave trash blowing out of the back of the their truck. After attempting to cancel their services in the middle of October for this reason, the customer service representative told me to move my bin to side of the road for removal but never canceled my services. I called again mid-November to find out what the issue was, and they said my services were never canceled. So, services were canceled during this particular call, then I was charged for waste services the entire month of November. After calling and trying to have the charge removed for their mistake, they told me it was a valid charge and I needed to pay it. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Can’t believe that people seriously think this kind of trash pick up is better than when the guys used to empty trash cans by hand. When they use to empty the cans by hand, if trash ended up falling out, they would pick it up… NOW if trash ends up falling out, they just leave it, and drive away! We’re starting to look like Detroit Michigan, trash EVERYWHERE! And another thing, aren’t they suppose to EMPTY ALL THE TRASH OUT OF THE CAN? Went to put my can back, and it’s half full, now that’s ridiculous!

This review is for my neighbor across the street on Fryer ave toledo. She called for an unlimited pickup and they came and left ruts in her front yard because they didn't want to carry the stuff two feet to the street. They also left a bunch of stuff on the ground that they could have picked up. I picked up the stuff so that I could mow her yard for her that I do every week. Now I have to get my roller out and try to get rid of the ruts. They also drove across her neighbors driveway and could have made it heave because it has a crack in it. This is really unacceptable.

Absoutely WORST company EVER! They will forget to get your trash and make excuses. OVER 2 weeks and no trash pickup, and they people are RUDE. When we talk to them they basically say to bad and wait for your next service witch they WILL FORGET. I have contacted the BBB and urge everyone els to do so also!

Absolutely lazy. Had boxes is on the side of the road neatly ready to depart. Just drove by. Called for services and a complete waste of time.

They haven't bothered to pick up our trash for 3 weeks but takes everyone else's dont be surprised if you show up to your building's front door and find 3 weeks of trash dumped there what the hell am I paying for I wish I could get paid to not do my job

Time after time they don’t pick up our trash but take everyone else’s on our street. Two weeks ago they left a note saying if our trash can wasn’t in the place they left it they wouldn’t pick it up the following week. I called about it because it has always been in the same place for over 20 years. It was in the street by the curb at the end of our driveway. They left it a third of the way out in the road. When I called I was told where I put it was the right place. It was picked up last week but again this week they skipped us. Why?

We have been at our address for 10 weeks. Our garbage has been missed 4 times. Out of the 4 only once did they come pick it up when they said they would when I called them about it. The other three I had to call multiple times and eventually ended up getting it picked up on the next regular pick up day. Had to take trash bags to work due to a lack of room in the bin. Our recycling has been missed 2 times. Our recycling hadn’t been picked up in 2 weeks, obviously not everything fit so boxes were placed next to the bins. When they finally came to pick up recycling they left the boxes on the ground. I pay for weekly pick ups, why should I have to take my own garbage and recycling to processing centers to dispose when I pay republic to do this. Don’t bother asking to speak to a manger. No one will ever call you.

For the last month or so gentlemen in truck number 806 keeps picking up my recycling at my apartment building and my place of business. And just completely drops one whole can ever time. Not sure if this guy has a issue with seeing. Or what his case is. Then I asked him to please pull over and help me pick up the cardboard and put back in the can. He says something unintelligible and almost strikes me with his truck. At that point I proceeded to take pictures of the cans. And the mess. And have also made sure to email all of this information to my attorney as well! Just because this company feels like it has a monopoly over our trash pick up and feels like they can do and say whatever and however they want. I most definitely am not going to tolerate this anymore. At my rental property and most definitely not at my convenience store. It's a place of business here! Edited! Edited! Just had the pleasure of dealing with the most unprofessional dispatch lady in the face of businesses. A lady by the name of Cheryl! These people have consistently not picked up my recycling cans and just leave them outside for my tenants to walk back up. For no reason other than my truthful reviews of their company! Never have had a issue with my recycling services before republic took over. Now there are heavy racial undertones even! With the drivers and with customer service! This aggressive behavior will not be tolerated by myself. My family. Nor my tenants!
