My first appointment was great. Chris is very kind and very knowledgeable.

The Doctor completed all adjustments need. In fifteen minutes. We'll done Doc.

Had to bring my dad in because of his bad hearing. He was hesitant at first but luckily Chris and the rest of the staff here provided some awesome assistance. Now we can finally have a conversation with him again without him saying “what? ” non stop. Thank you reserve hearing!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. This was just for a cleaning but through the process of getting the hearing aids and the fittings and follow ups it went very smoothly.

I was wary on bringing a patient here but was extremely surprised when we were met with nothing but patience and kindness! Everyone there is friendly and helped us within a timely manner. All questions we had were answered and he was seen by Dr. Whitten. Amazing provider and I highly recommend for anyone struggling with hearing loss. Very satisfied with our visit!

I really wouldn't even give them a star. They took my insurance money then never provided me with the hearing aids. Frustrating to say the least. Don't waste your time.
