Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Airport/Middleburg Heights

We stay here pretty much every month due to my ailing father- the staff are incredible, rooms always super clean and the little breakfast is perfect for what we need

It is right next to the hospital and the rail trail system. It’s great for location. It’s also right next to the fairgrounds which have a nice holiday light display. The rooms are very nice and new. Service is polite and timely.breakfast is as expected. They also have some electric car chargers with both the Tesla and J1772 charging plugs.

Huge room. Very well designed. The room was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed for an extended stay. No ice maker in the freezer but there is an ice machine conveniently located down the hall. If I ever find myself in Middleburg Heights, OH again, I'll certainly check here first. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Seems like a very cozy town.

The bed was horrible. Super hard like sleeping on a rock. Didn't get any sleep. We cut our stay short based solely on how horrible the bed was. Other than that, hotel was clean, nice decor, nice breakfast options.

What a tremendous Place to stay. Called 10 minutes before coming in and they gave us a tour of their rooms to help us decide which we wanted. We walked out of the hotel we originally booked due to the disgusting conditions and smells. Well worth the extra $70 per night. Large rooms, updated kitchen and bathroom. No issues what so ever. Staff was in disbelief of the pictures i showed her of the competition down the street.

It is based on a nice central area for shopping and restaurants etc with quick access to the highway if needed. The hotel and room were clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot, fresh and ready. The staff was always there if you needed anything. There are many options in this area and I am glad i picked this one.

Clean, safe, upscale hotel with clean rooms. Friendly, respectful, accommodating staff. Great breakfast and coffee, I would recommend this hotel. Close to expressways, quick access. Brown's training camp very close and shopping centers.

The rooms are very clean and have plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was good and everyone was friendly.

Was super great! The rooms were huge and very clean. All the housekeeping we saw and talked to were friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant was great! Front desk employee not the friendliest, but that happens sometimes.

From the time we come to Residence Inn to the time we left our stay was awesome. The staff was incredible and so helpful with our large group. We had our family reunion in Ohio and 21 of my family members stayed at this amazing Hotel. Everyone was so happy. We will definitely be back.

On our way to Connecticut, we planned for a night stop and had to settle for this property as the only one offering a family-friendly service accommodating 2 parents and 2 kids. This one offers 2 queen beds and a living room space. Breakfast service is standard with scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, and waffles along with the usual cereal, muffins, and stuff.

The room is quite spacious and cozy. The living room space is convenient for bigger parties. The parking is limited, and as we arrived past midnight, we were able to find a parking space only at the shops at the back. In the morning, we discovered that one guy with a small uhaul trailer has taken up 5 parking spaces, parking across them.

It's a bit out of the way for folks traveling east to west or the other way on the I-80 but it is worth the effort.

Very nice hotel, new facilities, super large rooms with a fully equipped kitchen area, refrigerator, stove, etc.living room and desk area, extra large bed and very comfortable bathroom. It is a hotel that is not in a central area but there are some nearby places for lunch and dinner. It serves a simple but complete free breakfast, with eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, fruits and drinks.
I went for work and I would stay there again if I returned to the city again.

We spent three days and it was clean, organized, and by far the best facility. The housekeeping staff were outstanding as our room and we noted the facility in general was extremely clean. The room was so user friendly! There just are not enough words to express how we felt the safety and cleanliness. Thank you all so much for helping our stay to be fun!

Nice pool, spacious rooms, and very clean. Breakfast was nice with hot items, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, fruit but no waffles.
